Erick was a perfect gentleman - went through all contract options - did not rush us and gave us time to consider our options - such a lovely caring shop that you are listened to - 100% will visit again

Attended Vodafone Boston for a enquiry for Mobil network, a sales advisor named Erik dealt with my enquiry and I found him to be very helpful and efficient. Left store with a good deal that suited my needs .

Erikas at the boston vodafone store was extremely helpful. Not only did he go over the options for my upgrade but went over why the new phone would be a great fit for me! I'm really happy with my choice of phone and extremely happy with the service gotten in store!

Went into the Boston Upgrade my I Phone store on Thurs…
Went into the Boston store on Thurs 13th July to upgrade my I phone, I saw 2 customers advisers Eric & Chole, both were very professional and knowledgeable and my upgrade went very smoothly.

Erik is Brilliant at his Job
Erik is Brilliant at his Job! He knows what he was doing! Came in for a top up and got a contract that was less than what I was paying for on Pay as you go! And I get more internet to use! Not only was he getting the order ready but was answering questions I had about my phone. Ecstatic about the service received!

My phone required a repair. I visited the shop where Erik dealt with my problem professionally and knowledgeable. He gave me guidance and advice about backing my phone up which he explained very well.
This was at the Vodafone shop in Boston.
