Fantastic customer service...
My son wanted to change mobile provider and move over to Vodafone. Emily was a wonderful help in discussing which plan would be the most beneficial to suit his needs. Everything was dealt with fantastic customer care, making it a great overall experience. We will definitely recommend Vodafone to others.

I made a 24 months contract of £54/m in 2022, they changed it to £77/m for 36 months.
Would you pay £77/m for an iPhone?
They claim they don't have access to our data and contract online and we have to visit thr branch.
Their own staff admitted the price is ridiculous but said they can't help.
