Nowshin helped me so much as i am disabled. She explained everything so well .always smiled .i also watched her help her colleagues. I like vodafone anyway but with staff like her you will do well

We decided to call into the Birkenhead…
We decided to call into the Birkenhead store to look at upgrade options for 1 of the 4 family phones we have. We ended up with 2 new phones, and a much better deal for our broadband! Dylan was amazing and sorted everything out, he was knowledgeable and took time to look at options for us. The team in the store were all busy too with customers back to back and maintained excellent customer service throughout. Great store with amazing staff.

I came in store to query my bill as a…
I came in store to query my bill as a new customer to Vodaphone asI didn't understand the bill, however Tom dealt with me and was really helpful, very friendly and able to explain a lot of things to me, I even found out that I can swap the Sim in my phone, but only next March'27, which I will do. He also had a look at my current contract and was able renew the broadband to a cheaper price and with an extra benefit!!! Well done Tom, I am really happy and so grateful. Thank you.
