The assistant was extremely helpful.
We were having issues with making and receiving calls on the samsung handset everything else worked but the calls, she spent at least an hour trying to sort it out with the help of the chat room and the inhouse chat groups. finally was sorted. very grateful especially when no one seemed to know how to resolve the issue which apparently was a known fault, however after some time she managed to find someone who gave her a code to type in and it cured the problem. also when we changed phones the same assistant was on hand to help and went through all the processes for us.

Vodafone phone and data issues
Vodafone phone and data issues in pevensey bay still very poor. I have Benn on the phone many times to their customer service people(wifi) to try and sort this issue out but nothing has changed. Signal checker and Vodafone say pevensey has a good coverage indoors and out but it doesn't. I can use my phone if I am in a town but thats it. I will look for a better service when contract runs out. I am not on any social media sites so cannot respond to any more requests to contact Vodafone that way. Thank you vodafone for your response. But as I keep saying I don't have Facebook,Instagram or any media affiliations.
