Upgrade was dealt with quickly
I dealt with the Store manager Kevin today who couldn't of been anymore helpful than he was.
Everything was brilliant & what I had went in for was dealt with perfectly.

Can We Make Directors Responsible?
I wonder whether Vodafone directors even look at Trustpilot reviews. If they did they might be concerned. I can only add to their concerns. The service is pathetic at best, report a problem online, but you can't when you broadband is down. So report it when the broadband is working and they tell you they can't find a fault. How many times have I had to relocate my router to the master socket to prove my internal wiring is not at fault. I'm 73 years old with severe arthritis and up snd down the stairs sitting on bended knees trying to get to my inaccessible master socket yet again.
And what do I have to look forward to with Vodafone, continued poor service and mid term price hikes. What is the regulator doing about this fiasco. Not very much it seems.

If your broadband is down, we would recommend running a test using our Broadband Service Test tool online https://vodafone.uk/3lf0Jx8 on an alternative device - if available - to check for faults with your broadband connection and to confirm whether or not there is an outage on your line – you’ll need your My Vodafone login details to do this.
