Hats off to a consummate professional!
We called in on Vodaphone’s Bangor branch and were dealt with by the wonderful Haitham, whose explanations, clarifications and endless patience were exemplary. I was attempting to obtain what I considered to be a better deal from Vodaphone, as I was seriously considering switching to another provider. However, half an hour listening to this very professional employee convinced me to stay, albeit to negotiate a cheaper contract.
Hats off to Haitham - he’s a treasure!

Great experience at the bangor store!
I was recently very disappointed and upset following a visit to the Llandudno branch, and I was made to feel inadequate and frustrated by the individual who didn't even attempt to help. So I came into bangor the next day and popped into the Vodafone store and I was helped by a lovely gentleman called Nathan, he went above and beyond for me, and I came away from this interaction feeling very supported and upbeat!

Excellent friendly customer service who took time listened and didn’t feel pressured into a contract
Just really honest advice and top service.
Lauren and Nathan dealt with myself but added a second phone for my partner with a really good deal.
