Alex at ashford Vodafone was fantastic probably the nest customer service I have ever received, how he isn't higher in the chain surprised me fantastic customer service and the the reason I would go back for any needs I have.

Came into Vodafone with a few problems all sorted by friendly helpful Maria, I would highly recommend coming into store with any problems, as you are made to feel welcome, nothing is a problem at all. Very happy customer :)

Great experience with Maria
We had a long wait, however Maria kept checking in to make sure we were ok, offered us a seat and kept us updated. Maria was fantastic and thoroughly explained our options and we went away with a new contract and phone at a very good rate. Thanks Maria.

Joe was incredible, so kind and helpful he really helped me understand and looked for the best deals for me. He gave me advice and took his time to give me the best customer service. He should definitely get some recognition for the amazing job he does. Cant recommend him enough.
