Went into Vodafone Alton to pick up my new phone. Ollie was super helpful in helping to get it sorted and transferring the apps and data from the old phone to the new one. New phone is working very well, would definitely recommend Ollie! Much easier than having the new phone delivered to my house!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

I was looking for a new broadband and just walked in. Ellie was a superstar! Helped me to set up an account choose the best plan for me and explained everything I needed to know.

New SIM after living in Australia

I needed a new sim after a prolonged time out of the UK. Eleanor provided brilliant service and set me up within about 15 minutes. She was incredibly friendly and approachable.

Sam was a great help.

I am visiting family for Easter and left my charger back in ROI. Sam was a great help in matching accessories to my needs. If only we had customer service like this back home! Thank you Sam.

Upgrade of my contract
