The 191 service is appalling - but great Hampstead shop
I had a call a little while ago from - Adam - Business Complaints Manager . Sadly he didn't seem to think the traumatic event caused by you was very serious - or interesting: and actually he sounded bored and was most unsympathetic.
So I'll be taking this further. In business when one makes an enormous mistake- you have to hold up your hand - admit your error - and treat your customers with the respect we deserve - and I've been with Vodafone since 1987 - and no that's not a typo!!
Good afternoon
Because of Christmas I realize that I might not get an immediate response from you.
However it seems to me that you're not taking this matter seriously!
You wrote - you regret any inconvenience caused - and your colleague's email said - you're sorry to hear that I'm unhappy with my experience. Are both of you joking?
Has anyone actually read what you did to me ? You almost caused me to collapse! And no I will not be speaking to anyone on Facebook. I'm waiting for you to deal with the horrendous behaviour of your associate and understand the seriousness of his actions .
And all you have picked up on is me praising David: read what trauma you have caused me!
The 191 service is appalling - and that's a compliment! Associates who are inefficient and have absolutely no idea what they're doing! Yesterday one managed to disable my SIM card - on the morning of Christmas Eve! A disaster! No way to contact anyone - I spent over 4 hours getting it put back on - by going to a Vodafone store.
However I went to the Hampstead shop and was looked after brilliantly by David! He was terrific - patient and knowledgeable and helpful and friendly! Vodafone you need more folk like him - he saved the day for you!

well £401 i owe them says my credit…
well £401 i owe them says my credit file,i stopped paying you because you and your city fibre damaged a £2k front fire door and put a 60mm hole in my wall above the damaged fire door,useless,nevermind tho vodafone,i will be going to court and getting the £25 paperwork to take you to court in aberdeen scotland,but first im going to send you a "letter of claim",you think im joking? see you soon.
i do not have facebook or social media,i also cannot log into my vodafone account why? i dont have that mobile number anymore.u either fix my credit rating and fix my fire door or im coming for you.(and i will win) i stopped paying you because of your neglect in fixing my door and walls/wallpaper,you turned round in an email saying,"your not the account holder even tho its the same email adress as the vodafone account ,you even got a debt collection agency that i threatened with court and they backed down,your crap company just likes putting people in debt by YOUR ACTIONS,see you in court.

Ana was superb and helped my dad who…
Ana was superb and helped my dad who isn’t very tech savvy but made us all feel super supported - had to get a new sim as had sent old one off by accident / she made this quick and simple -and she immediately gave us deals which saved us a lot of money per month!! Saved on broadband, sim deals on both accounts. Very professional and made everything very simple and easy. Also Ana stayed longer after closing time to help us which we were very very grateful for! Seems like such a good friendly team / store and feel good that if we need support again we can come back to Ana and the store. Thank you :)

The best customer service I have ever received
After a brief navigation through a tree of support choices, I was connected with an utterly lovely man who sorted all my problems very quickly and with great calm. The experience was very calming and made me laugh. After a long day of dealing with managerial issues at all levels, being able to sit down and have a phone call sort my vodafone issue immediately has put my mind at ease. I am now crying as he was absolutely the highlight of my day. I only regret not asking his name.
