VJM Computers Anmeldelser

First and foremost, I would like to express a big thank you to VJM Computers for a great service regarding the purchase of the ASUS PN50 4700u Mini PC.
Every aspect of the purchase, to delivery was smooth and I was kept fully updated via email of my order.

I finally gave up on my old iMac, after 11 years, due to no further possible upgrades. It really was a decision to either go for the M1 Mac Mini or a Windows Mini PC. After searching online, I came across VJM’s website and was really impressed with the prices and various configuration options available on the ASUS range in particular. After a prolonged spell of price comparing, I opted for VJM and I’m really glad I did. So a BIG thank you for a really great service.

The INTEL NUC is a great little machine. VJM Computers supplied it with Widows 11 fully installed and without any bloat ware. With the addition of a wireless keyboard and mouse it's connected to my tv for YouTube, Amazon Prime etc. It is silent running and easily copes with any task thrown at it.
I'd not hesitate to recommend VJM as a supplier. The ordering process was quick and easy with fast delivery.

Good selection of configurable mini computers. My PC was configured up to the spec and at my door within 2 days.

Fantastic service from the outset. I have been searching for a Mini Computer for sometime now. But could not find a seller that was able to provide me with a detailed response to my requirements. Vincent was incredibly helpful, answered my various emails almost immediately and provided me with honest advice which ultimately saved me from buying the wrong product. I can only but highly recommend Vincent and his company.

Found these guys via facebook advert. As i am relatively computer literate and they have a useful website - all done online They configured a compact GIGABYTE I5 machine with large RAM and twin SSDs and reasonable Graphics from stock and delivered quickly. Had machine since Jan 22 and can't be faulted so far.

Have been playing with this fantastic little pc for a while now and its amazing. Made just as I asked and delivered very quickly. All questions where answered very quickly. Thankyou Vincent.

When I realised my old computer was on its last legs, I did some research into mini computers and VJM came up in one of my searches. I called them to discuss my requirements, they were very helpful, professional and easy to talk with. Ordered on the website and the whole process was very easy, straightforward and stress-free.

The pc itself was configured and delivered really quickly (a few days) and it is fantastic, fast and does the job.
Thank you VJM

Before ordering, I spoke to one of VJM's staff explaining exactly what I intended to use the PC for and was given the information I needed to complete my purchase. The turnaround was very quick considering, and I was delighted with the product.

I was very satisfied with the ordering and delivery process.

The mini-computer arrived when expected, was well packaged and was configured as specified.

I had the computer up and running in a few minutes - the performance seems exceptional, especially for such a tiny unit.

Ordering was easy and promptly delivered. Good product for the price.

Excellent service …. Ordered 3 days later I had it set and running .. can’t fault the device at all, the system runs well need a few driver up dates apart from that it is Bob on runs well 4K

I wanted a desktop pc but was limited with desk space and discovered this company supplying micro pcs. Had monitor, keyboard and mouse from previous so this product was perfect.

Ordered on website and the whole process was simple and communications was spot on down to delivery time.

The pc itself is fantastic, fast and did the job of space saving. Had the added bonus of Windows 11. Can't believe a micro pc can pack so much inside a small package. A great value purchase.

Ordered an Intel NUC 10th gen from VJM Computers.

No problems with ordering items on the website, all items were in-stock, computer was built and delivered with no issues.

Computer was configured and connected to the network system with no issues.

Thanks
Mike

I contacted them by email to ask about mini pc PN40, if it would be good enough for office work, but they didn't really answer the question and suggested items either more expensive or with unsuitable performance. Their ebay account said they have >10 in stock, but the web site said none.
To be fair they did update the ebay stock shortly after, however I am always suspicious of the old bait and switch technique which seems to be common in some companies. At least the web site was correct.

I purchased a mini PC from VJM last Sept (2020)and was most impressed with the speed of delivery and manner in which the purchase was achieved. The service and goods were excellent in all respects. However, the item developed a fault at the end of Aug 2021 and I contacted VJM for advice. The response I got was unbelievable - an email reply followed by a personal telephone call the same day in which Vincent explained the return details (all arranged for me - nothing to do my end). The PC was duly collected the following day and returned to VJM. Being a bank holiday weekend I expected to be on hold for several days but - no. On the Tuesday I received notification that a replacement PC was on its way to me and would be delivered the following day. True to their word the replacement arrive at 0930 the following morning - a turnaround of two working days!! Show me any large retail outlet that will give that kind of service!! All in all, an excellent company who I would not hesitate to recommend to family, friends or any other potential customer. Vincent should be very proud of the way he runs his business and the service he provides. Well Done and a sincere Thank You.

We needed some mini PCs, with a bit of customisation, adding a second hard drive so that we could dual boot.
VJM came up with good advice and then supplied the PCs with the extra drives installed. They were quick, helpful, and thoroughly professional.
What more can I say?

Above and beyond.. Totally professional...Worth 6 stars in my humble opinion..

We've now bought 2 mini PC's from VJM and they have both been brilliant. Do yourself a favour, forget Amazon and support a local business like VJM. The customer service and responses are first class. I have worked in the computer industry for thirty years and would recommend VJM to anyone looking for quality service and products...

I was impressed by the speed of response to a query before I bought it.
It really is impressively small! It sits silently next to my monitor leaving far more work space than my old laptop.
As promised, it starts straight out of the box - useful for a 73 year old. :-) I had to download/reload various programs as well as transfer numerous files & photos. Usual problem with Windows - couldn't get the network to work properly between computers so reverted to good old USB sticks. All in all I suppose it took a day to finalise everything.
Loads noticeably quicker than the Intel Core i3 dual core in my reliable but now rather elderly Acer Aspire laptop but not as much difference as I expected. On startup it uses 100% processor (I've culled unnecessary startup programs), also when loading browsers (I've tried Brave, Chrome, Opera & Edge). Once it's settled down the CPU usage drops significantly but if I was buying again I'd go for a more powerful processor. That was also a problem with the old laptop of course.
To begin with there were problems with wireless mice stalling but this seems to have sorted itself out. Maybe the mouse on the laptop was interfering.
Apart from the CPU overloading I'm very impressed and have passed details to a neighbour who is thinking of replacing one of his PC's
