VJM Computers Anmeldelser

Would be very happy to use them again in future.

I chose this company following a product price search for an Asus PN52 mini PC with windows 11pro installed. I can honestly that it was one of the best companies I have dealt with. Delivery time was exactly has stated with regular updates. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and would certainly use them again.

I've used VJM several times to purchase NUC type devices for home and hobby use. A friend put me onto them - the website is easy to navigate, building the order is straightforward and once the order goes in, communication and finally delivery have always been very efficient and within their promised timescales. Upon delivery, the products have always been of excellent quality and have proved to be trouble-free in use.
The reason I've gone back to VJM several times is because I have been pleased with the products and service!

The first good thing about VJM computers, they answer the phone don't put you on hold for ages A rare thing these days. Also answers emails quick.
Very helpful to a 79 year old knowing what I need. Came quick very well packed. Amazed how small a thing can be so fast. No complains so far.

Simply outstanding! What more can I say. Everything about my experience with this company has exceeded my expectations - helpful and knowledgeable staff, great selection of mini computers, easy ordering, super fast delivery, five year warranty and the computer itself with no bloatware. Very highly recommended.

I was really impressed with my whole experience with VJM Computers. They did everything they said they would do and really swiftly delivered my Asus NUC 14 Pro. So pleased with the service and the product.

They DIDN'T do as some online suppliers seem to: charge you first and deliver much, much later, holding onto your money in the meantime until stocks arrive.

Would be very happy to use them again in future.

VJM is my first stop for PC purchasing. The website is simple to navigate and the follow up ordering process and communication is first class.
The product was delivered on time and worked straight from the box.
I would recommend them to anyone considering buying from an independent retailer.

The computer I bought was competitively priced and the service was excellent.

Bought an Intel NUC mini pc from VJM. Able to configure it exactly to my requirements, delivered quickly and worked straight out of the box. Only problem was an error in the instructions which resulted in me ordering the wrong cable to connect to my monitor. This was an Intel error and VJM were very helpful in helping me to sort it out which was great as contacting Intel is impossible.

Easy to order. Good feedback on order status. Computer works well. Happy.

After a lot of internet research I found VJM and I immediately felt that this was a company I could have confidence in. Pluses for me were clean install, long warranty, after sales service, being able to get through to someone by phone who was able to plug gaps in my knowledge. Delivery was faster than expected, tracked and on time.

I have bought multiple PCs from VJM for my office. The quality of the mini PCs and service are excellent. I cant recommend VJM Computers more highly. I'll continue to use them in the future as we replace our old desktops.

I had been looking to replace an older Microsoft 10 small sized pc for an even smaller faster mini PC , after looking round the internet decided on a NUC13 with 1tb drive with 32mb RAM would be a good choice.

Checking round prices I found that VJM were offering a good price and gave them a call to check if it met my Needs. I had a chat with Vincent who was very helpful and assured me that it was more than adequate for my requirements. The PC would also come with pre installed Microsoft 11 and ready to just plug and play which for a non techie like me is super.

I needed it quickly and Vincent said he could get the pc ready for shipment within a couple of days and with me on a 24hr delivery at no extra charge so ordered the pc immediately. Sure enough a few days later the NUC arrived as promised.

It is so nice to deal with a friendly independent company rather than a faceless multinational that can provide excellent service, advice and at a great price so will be using them again without hesitation.

i found vjm computers very easy to use with fast delivery. i would certainly use them again if need arose in the future.

Asus PN51-S1
After a positive experience last time this purchase was just as good.
Helpful advice was given on contact regarding suitability for CAD program.
On ordering a very quick response and excellent delivery time.
Easy set up and by the way runs CAD very well for my needs.
Thank you for a great experience.

Absolutely excellent everything went smoothly and asked if I need anything else just to ask, I will definitely be buying from here again, many thanks

The website was easy to use and had a good selection of mini PC's. I ordered a MSI Cubi N ADL with Windows 11 pro & Office Pro installed. Great it arrived 5 days later, over the weekend. Plugged all my gear in and powered up, excellent no problems at all.

I ordered a mini PC without thoroughly checking the specs - when it arrived promptly after placing the order I realised my mistake when testing specific parameters. I contacted customer support and Vincent who replied almost immediately offered me a full refund. We needed a few communications between each other and every time Vincent replied promptly. I received the refund the day after parcel was sent back - very much appreciated - thank you

I found VJM to be helpful and responsive, and the turnaround time for the build was very fast. They accommodated my need for a Linux OS (better for Plex performance) installation and some custom specs. They had stock of mini PCs which weren't yet stocked elsewhere.

No complaints here. Good quality.

The whole purchasing experience was great from start to finish.

The website was easy to navigate with various straightforward choices to make up a computer specification.

The delivery speed was incredible. I paid an additional small fee for expedited service and after placing my order on a Thursday, my mighty NUC mini was with me by the following Saturday! The package was delivered by courier (with advanced notification of a delivery slot) and the packaging was excellent.

Communications were great, with some queries I had at different stages being addressed promptly and comprehensively.

All in all, I’m very pleased with the purchasing experience and my new computer!
