We've been having problems with Vivacom since we moved to Krastova vada neighborhood is Sofia 2 years ago. The internet is so bad that you can barely open your email. And the funny thing is we even have the 5G router so our connection shouldn't be affected by all the construction that's been done around us. When we tried to address our problems in one of their offices, the stuff was so rude and unhelpful, they kept telling us that in a couple of months the connection will get better but lol it's beeb 2 years. They are a bunch of liars that will do anything to keep you paying but they dont provide the service you're paying for...The amount of job opportunities that we missed since we cant work at home...

My personal impressions of Vivacom's work as a former customer.
Strengths of Vivacom's work: extortion, blackmail, working with collection agencies to threaten customers.
Weaknesses of Vivacom's work: helping customers abroad in case of loss or theft of a phone, customer feedback.
Overall conclusion: if you encounter problems paying for their services and need their help, don't count on them. They are more interested in bourgeois and capitalist interests than in customer care.

One star is a lot!
Unfortunately, they have time and money to spend on annoying ladies to call you and offer you their contracts, but doesn't care about the service they provide. Two weeks ago we resigned contract with them for faster internet connection and lower price. Guess what the internet went worse not only it is slow, we are losing it sometimes... That is for the internet. I am using prepaid card and paying the biggest prise with the most megabites internet and when I am outside my network is gone most of the times.... I do NOT recommend vivacom for sure!

Scammers - they ask me to pay things that I've requested to pay previously and didn't get a response. Now they come back with a bigger bill and no response on why no one assisted me when I wanted.

I would not recommend this operator at all.Their app is amateurish, confusing and they provide awful service. If you are looking for good telecom provider look elsewhere

Very disappointed from the staff, mislead people.

I have been a customer of Vivacom for +15 years. I only wanted to buy a cash device from them once and then I realized that they had lied to me with the price. Then I bought an iPhone 14 worth +2189lv. and in a phone store it cost 1750lv., but in the Vivacom store they assured me that this was the lowest price also then and I re-signed my contract and they told me that they could not continue at the same price and raised my fee by 10lv. from 25lv. to 35lv. Fraudsters! For so many years their loyal customer, it has never happened that I did not pay on time for mobile internet and television. Their television is under all kinds of criticism… Home internet is ok, but not really! Totally dissatisfied with their services. And to top it all off, I wanted to buy a device from them again in cash, I told them what I was looking for, they gave me the following offer: iPhone Air 17 for 2300 lv. which I bought from a phone store for 1900 lv. which is, to put it mildly, frivolous! Every month I pay 100 lv. for phone, internet and television, the ads on TV constantly say we are the best vivakom 😂 full of laughter under any criticism. And brazenly on top of everything they call me after I have submitted a request to terminate the contract with the words: You as a loyal customer have a great offer 😂😂😂 I don't want to be cynical, but believe me, it will be a little! It wouldn't be bad to check your watches from time to time 🤡.

Scammers with no working customer service

If you are a foreigner and they try to sell yu a package by saying they have special promotions for 2 months free internet and TV or sth like that be careful. They are scammers.

Terrible wifi keeps on stopping,or crashing saying i have wifi but meanwhile nothing opens up,totally not worth it never work with these mongs

For the third time in a row, they’ve offered us a deal over the phone that turned out to be completely different—and more expensive—once the technicians arrived with the contract. This is very inconvenient, especially since we had to rearrange our entire furniture three times to provide better access to the cables and communication points.

I only have internet in the papers, not at home, lol. I pay bills for paper, not services...

Хора, не правете моята грешка! В никакъв случай не се обвързвайте с Виваком! Изключително арогантен, непрофесионален "екип"!
Нито една формалност от обещаните при сключването на договора не стана така, както бяхме договорили. От дни горещата им линия е повредена и не работи. През чата на приложението също не може да се установи контакт с тях. Когато най-сетне успях да осъществя такъв през чата на интернет страницата им, не получих отговор на въпросите ми и по изключително арогантен начин бях отпратен.

Това са хора, които не знаят що е то професионализъм, нито пък ги интересува за клиентите им, които им плащат заплатите. Само прехвърлят топката от единия на другия колега, и всеки следващ е по-зле от предния.

Техническият им екип е също толкова непрофесионален - изключително арогантни, незаитересовани; монтират устройства, които те самите знаят, че не работят. Не знам дали това е фирмената им политика, липсата на такава, или наистина ги избират с конкурс.

Наистина не мога да кажа нито една добра дума за тях. Единствено при първия ми контакт, при сключването на договора, всичко ми беше обяснено и обещано, по начина, по който искам аз да се случи. Но нищо от това не стана, така както говорихме. По този начин това само допринесе за разочарованието ми.

Не правете моята грешка и търсете алтернативи! Тук никой не го интересува за проблемите Ви и за това, да се изпълнява тяхната част от договора. В случай, че направите тази грешка и се обвържете с тях с договор - не се надявайте, че нещо ще бъде спазено от тяхна страна и в никакъв случай, че ще получите човешко отношение!

Appalling, thieving thugs. They've robbed me of 120 BGN (ca. £50), don't reply to queries, they steal your money and cut off you service. Abysmal, deplorable, I'm switching to a different provider.

I tried again this morning with VENTISLAVA.
Gave all the information with the reference number and phone numbers . Again, no response from her for twenty minutes. Then she cut me off.

YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THIS, I AM DEAF AND I CANNOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS. YOU HAVE NO EMPATHY.

VIVACOM WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU. YOU HAVE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS WORKING FOR YOU.

Greed and Incompetence = Vivacom

In the span of only 1 year, they managed to TRIPLE their bundles' prices. And they managed to break the app 50 times. I also suspect they inject intentional bug that serve their interest and force you to pay for higher priced bundles. Really really bad service provider.

First 3 years no problems with my vivacom butt after the last update it is keeps crashing to a black screen useless piece off shit off app at the moment can't do nothing

Vivacom are scammers. I pay for 100 Mbps, most of the time I only get 40 — when it even works. The line drops constantly, with 74% packet loss every single day. They claimed it was “fixed” and offered me 2 months free internet, but the service only got worse. They take your money, ignore your complaints, and deliver nothing. Avoid them like the plague.
Vivacom is the definition of scam.
