They are thieves!!! They are liar 15 days ago i sign contract still they are coming they told me we are coming 2 weeks ago still coming and I didn’t go them because work i lost money because of them and i did extra lesson because of them i lost money and time biggest liar company.when i call them They hung up the phone on my face!!!Thieves and liar

Bad service. Their website CONSTANTLY bugs out. Not to mention their "deals" on their new devices that come with an eventual "new" (old, but more expensive) contract. You're better off getting the device from a local store!

I recharged my card twice and still didn’t get any data. They told me I have to pay again because my money is gone now.

The connection is terrible - the permanent loss and complete disappearance of the Internet, and always so. To my complaints, the employees say that everything is fine with them, hinting that I have problems with the router. Why is the connection so jumping?

A disgusting monopoly. Total reap off.
3 days in a raw the service stops every 5 to 15 min and message comes up that it uses old security standards. The host went to their office and got the dumb answer: we don't know what your problem is. Here everything seems ok.
I went to read expat feedback. Could not find a single one positive. Seems only trolls write positive FB for this monopoly.

They are thieves!!!! I have payed a deposit for ordering a phone and they wrote it down on a paper with all my details (I thought it was formal) After 1 month, I didn’t receive any phone and I asked my deposit back and they told me that they need the receipt they never gave me!! I told them so, and they replied that without receipt I will not take any money from them. Such an awful company. They should be ashamed of themselves!!

The service hangs up the phone, when you talk english and don't call back .............. when you have a problem, in this case internet !!
I call them now a week and .......... still nothing done and the shop says, please call 123 !! :(

Have had sat tv with them for 5 years, contract finished but they still send me a bill. I went into the shop told them, I did not need tv anymore. They said this month had started and I had to pay another 51 lev. Which I did and they told me it was cancelled. Today I received another bill as the service wasn’t cancelled. Absolute trash, do not use them ever

Rude if you speak English! Awful company when you call 123 and speak English they just hang up! when you make an appointment for Tuesday for installation of internet between 8 and 10 they call you at 12 that they will come next week. Customer service is terrible and they are extremely rude.

Rip-off. Paid 100 leva for 30Gb data. After using 3.4Gb I have "used up all your data" and the balance is zero.

Awful service. Avoid them.

They charged me lots of extra for the mistake of their employee.

The store manager didn't admit the mistake but she was extremely arrogant and disrespectful.

I prepaid 100 BGN on a 20 BGN/month plan. They then block the number after the 1st bill and says I have to pay the bill. Then I say I cannot as I cant receive sms-codes from the bank when they have blocked my number. Lady says it not their problem even though I made almost 5 months of prepayment.

This is the worst customer service ever. Dont use this company for anything - there must be better companies there offering the same without this horrible customer-service.
