1) E-mail takes about 4-5 hours to be answered (obviously I am talking about communication within their working hours), but I guess that's understandable. Haven't tried the phone to be honest, but there are other reviews about that as I see...
2) Completely useless chatbot, not providing with what you want
3) After talking with a representative through live chat, I got a solution to my problem that did not work
4) Website very problematic, every time a different issue to encounter; generally problematic software I could say, the first time I made the reservation (it was a "book and pay later" reservation, which was then automatically cancelled, after a specific period of time passed) I did not get a verification email
5) High commission fees for booking tickets. They actually "make" you use their viva wallet this way, to avoid paying the commission (no, I am not going to, and guess what? I am going to book the tickets this time & pay the commission, because that's the only solution I have in the moment - the "book and pay later" option vanished, so I can't even pay a reduced fee through a viva spot; one of their website's issues you see - but next time before deciding to go to any show or whatever, I am going to check whether there is any other booking option other than that, and if not: you guessed it, no booking! I can live without viva, no big deal)

Bought tickets through more.com for a boat trip only to get a message that tickets have not been issued.
Their customer service operates only MON- FRI from 10-6pm and after having waited a whole weekend I was told they have no view of ticket purchases and that I would get an email.
Bot not responding - card charged for the whole amount.

Nightmare website and customer service. I was told two completely different things from two different people, who also seem totally oblivious how bad their service and website is. I was even told to contact the chat and that I would be served by an assistant. After becoming a member (for what reason? I had supposedly booked already my tickets) I am faced with a system that only gives me ready made answers to questions I am not interested. Is there no quality control at all in Greece? Is anyone seeing these bad reviews or even care? So sad..

I'm very close to call that site a whole scam system. I purchased 6 ticket for a live concert. The gig did not happen (and was never planned to happen according to the venue). They refunded me more than 6 months after the cancellation (after a dozen of emails to the customer service and the live entertainment agency planner). But they kept the booking fees (1.20 EUR per ticket) to themselves, quoting their T&C that this is not refundable. That means that they got free cash for 6 months + net profit on the booking fees for an event that is pure fiction. Run away!

The company's help desk and support is not professional. We sent email to support group for clarifying the difficulties while registering and the answers were irrelevant to our questions.
I could write so many more problems but I really don't think it would make a difference for that company.
They need to hire people answering personally to complex issues that cannot be solved by live chat because people should not be on line for hours and just when one is first on the line then the systems kicks him out saying a ridicule excuse...
Everyone has no time to waist on their problematic call, help and support center!!!!

Ήθελα να κλείσω 2 εισητήρια για μια παράσταση στο Μέγαρο Μουσικής Θεσσαλονίκης. Μπαίνω να κάνω εγγραφή στο Viva.com για να πληρώσω από εκεί μιας και δεν είχε προμήθεια σε σύγκριση με Google Pay και Πληρωμή με Κάρτα. Περίμενα πάνω από 1 ωρα για να επικοινωνησω με υπάλληλο τους για την βιντεοκλήση της εγγραφής. Μετά από αυτό περίμενα 5 μέρες να εγκριθούν τα έγγραφα που κατέθεσα για την εγγραφή μου τα οποία ήταν εντελώς περιττά, αχρείαστα, αδιάκριτα και δεν ξέρω κατά πόσο νόμιμο είναι να τα ζητάνε. Τέλος πάντων, αφού εγκρίθηκε η εγγραφή μου στη Viva έψαξα να βρω Viva Spot για να πάω να αγοράσω Viva e-card ώστε να μπορέσω να φορτώσω χρήματα στο λογαριασμό μου στη Viva χωρίς να χρεωθώ και ανακάλυψα ότι όλα τα πρατήρια Avin και κάποια Shell πουλάνε προπληρωμένες κάρτες Viva. Πήγα λοιπόν και στις 2 επωνυμίες που βρίσκονται σχετικά κοντά μου και όχι μόνο κανένας απ' τους 2 δεν ήξερε τι ήταν καν αυτό που ζητούσα, αλλά στο γυρισμό έφαγα και βροχή και έγινα μούσκεμα για το τίποτα. Εγώ νόμιζα ότι η εταιρεία ήταν διαδικτυακή εξ ολοκλήρου. Δεν ισχύει καθόλου όμως αυτό. Στο τέλος πλήρωσα με Google Pay και η Viva Scumments τσέπωσε 2.40 χωρίς να κάνει τίποτα. Εννοείται μετά από όλη αυτή την ιστορία ζήτησα διαγραφή λογαριασμού γιατί δεν νομίζω να τους δώσω οποιοδήποτε cent ξανά γιατί δεν το αξίζουν ούτε στο ελάχιστο οι απατεώνες!!!

Application does not seem to be user friendly enough. No crystal clear instructions to distinguish between the creation of personal and business accounts. I tried to purchase some tickets for a concert and followed the VivaWallet option assuming I would be creating a personal account but have been unable to do so. I have also been unable to change or delete the created account.

Χρεωνουν αν δεν χρησιμοποιήσεις viva wallet (γελοίοι), δεν στέλνουν τα εισιτήρια παρά μόνο την απόδειξη με αποτέλεσμα να δημιουργείται πρόβλημα στον πελάτη και αυτό ισχύει και για τα ακτοπλοϊκά αλλά και για τα εισιτήρια θεαμάτων! Απαράδεκτο customer service και ειλικρινά δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί αυτή η εταιρεία έχει σχεδόν το μονοπώλειο στα θεάματα!

I have booked many times and everything worked as it was supposed to be.
I am writing this review because i see many bad reviews, and in my opinion it depends in the competent body who has the responsibility to organize the concert tickets, the seats etc. and not the intermediary publisher’s responsibility.

We have booked via viva.gr on the 15 the of October and paid online for our tickets for the event. Even though we paid online to have our places reserved we arrived there at 10:45 instead of 10:30 and we were supposed to have a reservation at line B. They told us they didn’t have a reservation for us (despite the fact that the reservation was there) and they gave us a bonus drink at the bar.. lol. We paid 30€ per person and we were 6 people never refunded and never had our reservation. Worst, and most unprofessional services ever. Bearing in mind that we had seat numbers/reserved places .. hilarious. Loss of money, definitely not recommended and never ever going back.

Να αλλάξεις το εισιτήριο σου δεν μπορείς, να πάρεις επιστροφή τα χρήματα σου σε περίπτωση που δεν θα πας στην παράστασή δεν μπορείς, και αν πάρεις το κέντρο εξυπηρέτηση θα χρεωθείς 1 € και άκρη δεν θα βγάλεις. Δε βλέπω να έχει εταιρία καμιά υποχρέωση προς πελάτες της, ότι χειρότερο!
They have ruined our holiday; my husband never received a confirmation with his ticket so they made him buy another one at the port. Then on the boat they told us he has booked and paid for two tickets. Our return tickets were a real mess, no information, no way to print tickets no booking references!
I bought a couple of ferry tickets and never received the e-mail with the tickets and instructions. Since they do not work on weekends I was not able reach out to them to solve the problem and had to buy again the same tickets. Long story short: They don't want to refund me on the first two tickets.
When visiting Greece again I'm defintely not buying ferry tickets via them.
Extremely bad/insulting customer service. Truly not giving a dime about customer satisfaction. They don't even have the option to talk over the phone and they are instead hiding behind bots and chats with automated responses. Stay away. They will rip you off every chance they will get and just ignore you afterwards.
If there was the option to choose no star, i would do so. I never write reviews but i really consider to let people know to do not ever buy anything through them. I booked ship tickets through them, they charged my card just to let me know afterwards that there was no availability. They charged my account without having availability!!! I contacted them through their support center and never received an answer on either change dates or receive my money back. I am still waiting for a confirmation email so i get my money back.
