Very expensive service

Very expensive service. Their solely reason of existence is to steal money from ticket buyers (and probably venues also).

Avoid them as much as possible and kindly complain to the venues as a way to push them to stop using their malicious middleman tactics.

Πλήρωσα τα εισητηρια και την προμήθεια αλλά μου ακύρωσαν γιατί δεν φάνηκε η πληρωμή της προμήθειας. Όταν τους έστειλα την πληρωμή της τράπεζας μου είπαν ότι από λάθος δεν φάνηκε στο συστημα τους και θα μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα. Εισητηρια όμως δεν βρήκα ξανά σε καλές θέσεις

Avoid More.com if you value your money and your time

Their fees are extremely high, but their support is almost nonexistent. Every reply feels automated, with the same copied-and-pasted answers sent again and again, often without any sign that the actual issue has been read or understood.

Even worse, they appear to work with organizers who provide no proper company details, no phone number, no address, and no clear way to be held accountable beyond a single email account. When you request a refund, More.com simply redirects you to the organizer, who does not respond. Then More.com support repeats that there is “nothing they can do.”

That is not customer support. That is passing responsibility in circles until the customer gives up.

A company handling people’s payments should not be able to hide behind unreachable organizers and scripted replies. Judging by the number of negative reviews already piling up, this is clearly not an isolated experience. More.com should be ashamed of how it treats its customers.

The ABBA tribute experience

Went to the ABBA tribute experience in Athens Peristeri tonight.
It was just appalling.
So bad acoustic , bad sitting arrangements, un-organized sitting staff, and although it was a long and narrow hall, the stage was in the far left, leaving 1/3 of the viewers with a neck problem.
Shame on the organizers.

Ακυρώθηκε παράσταση λόγω απεργίας ηθοποιών και είχαν την απαίτηση να την μεταφέρω για άλλη μέρα. Καμία δυνατότητα για ακύρωση του εισιτηρίου, λες και είναι δική μου η ευθύνη για τη μη πραγματοποίηση της παράστασης. Έλεος.

ΧΡΕΩΣΗ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΩΝ ΧΩΡΙΣ ΝΑ ΕΚΔΟΘΟΥΝ ΤΑ ΕΙΣΙΤΗΡΙΩΝ

Προσπάθησα να αγοράσω εισιτήρια για παράσταση και ενώ μου τράβηξαν κανονικά τα χρήματα δεν μου έστειλαν ποτέ τα εισιτήρια αλλά και δεν μου επιστρέφουν το ποσό που μου χρέωσαν.
Δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα να επικοινωνήσεις μαζί τους καθώς ο μόνος τρόπος είναι μέσω ενός AI chat το οποίο δεν δίνει απαντήσεις σε προβλήματα χρεώσεων κ μη καταβολής εισιτηρίων.

Bad service, even for a middle man service

I bought tickets for a show. I paid. Everything seems fine. Tomorrow I wake up. My tickets were cancelled.

Apparently they sent an email to you after paying for your tickets that you have to pay their service fee (separately) no more that 3 hours after buying the tickets. I lost my seats because of this.

Never used a service like this before where you make two separate payments.

Also their customer support closed the conversation even though he could see I was typing..

Ofc middleman services like this offer comfort but as you see this is questionable.

Instead try and buy tickets directly from the show. Services fees quickly stack up either way.

In order for the tickets to be issued and remain valid, the service fee must also be paid separately within 3 hours of the purchase. If the service fee is not paid within that time window, the order is automatically cancelled and the seats are released.

An email was sent to you informing you that the service fee also needs to be paid.

Oι εθνικοί νταβατζήδες. Αλωνίζουν με τις προμήθειες χωρίς να υπάρχει κανένας έλεγχος. Παλιά πέρναμε τα εισιτήρια κατευθείαν απ' το θέατρο. Τώρα μας υποχρεώνουν να τα κλείνουμε ηλεκτρονικά.

Αν ακυρωθεί μια συναυλία από τον διοργανωτή δεν σου επιστρέφουν την προμήθεια τους. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!
Ουσιαστικά δεν φταις πουθενά, δεν σου παρέχεται καμία υπηρεσία, αλλά πληρώνεις προμήθεια! Τέλειο?

Το καλύτερο είναι ότι στο chat σταματάνε να σου μιλάνε όταν τους λες ότι δεν σου παρείχαν καμία υπηρεσία. <3

Never again

They sell tickets for other organisers. After the concert I had bought tickets for got postponed to a date I was no longer at the place of the concert and could not attend, they referred to the organiser providing me with an email address no one seems to be checking or replying. I wish I had read the other customer opinions first and would not trust more.com again or recommend it.

Addition 16.12.2025: After their reply in November I sent them the requested information on the mentioned e-mail address but never heard back after that either.

Chicago the musical, Bucharest January 2025

I bought four tickets for the musical Chicago in Bucharest through more.com, which was supposed to take place in January 2025. Three days before, I received an email from People Entertainment Group (peoplepresents.com) saying that the show had been canceled. Almost seven months have passed and I haven't received any money back. In April, after many emails, they replied that the refund had been processed, but the money never arrived. I asked them to provide me with details about the refund so that I could check with my bank, but they ignored my messages. In the future, be careful with such websites.

Very expensive service fee!

Very expensive service fee!! I paid 9€ fee! I’ve got account but I wasn’t able to fund my wallet to pay less fee, since their system(which is the same in both cases) couldn’t process the transfer to my wallet which has less fees(I tried 4 times) but when I paid directly with the card which had €9 fees, it was processed immediately… I wonder why theatres don’t use another ticket provider. It isn’t even a good one…

Events got canceled and i haven't received my refund

Got tickets for Chicago the musical. Got canceled 2 months ago and i still haven't got my money back. There's no way to contact them, the chat of the website is a robot who can't help and no one is answering emails
