This is the first holiday I have ever booked through a travel company, so I was naturally quite sceptical at the beginning. I had lots of questions, wanted to compare different options, and took my time before making a decision.
I’m so glad I chose Viva Holidays. Pankaj was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and helped me find a holiday that suited exactly what I was looking for.
What impressed me most was his genuine passion for helping customers. He wasn’t just trying to make a booking—he really wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice. His excellent communication and attention to detail gave me the confidence to go ahead with my booking.
Thank you, Pankaj, for making my first experience of booking a holiday such a positive one. I really appreciate all your help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both you and Vida Travel to others. I am looking forward to enjoying this holiday.

Bernina Express
We had an excellent experience booking our Bernina Express package with Pankaj. From the very beginning, he was patient with our responses and took the time to understand exactly what we wanted.
Our itinerary (Zurich to Chur on the Bernina Express, then Tirano and Milan) was organised seamlessly. Everything was taken care of—from flights, hotels, train tickets, and Bernina Express reservations—making the whole process completely stress-free.
Pankaj also went above and beyond by changing our flights to better accommodate our needs. Whenever there was something we weren't happy with, he was always willing to look into alternative options until we found the right one.
We really appreciated his professionalism, patience, and dedication to making sure every detail was just right. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pankaj to anyone looking to book a memorable and hassle-free holiday. Thank you for all your help!

Planning a solo…great customer service
Planning a solo, multi-centre trip can be incredibly daunting, but Bharat made the entire experience stress-free. From the very beginning, he put my mind completely at ease.I was a bit indecisive and kept changing my mind about the hotels, routes, and itinerary details. Despite this, Bharat remained exceptionally patient, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. He never rushed me and went above and beyond by even at times only contacting me at times that were convenient for my schedule. If you are a solo traveler looking for a personalised, patient, and highly organised tour operator, I cannot recommend Bharat at Viva Holidays enough!
