Booking holiday with Viva - Staff member Harsha
I booked my holiday with Harsha at Viva, he was so helpful. He stayed late to ensure that he gives us the best price for our holiday. He explained so well, what he has booked for us and he did his best to match the price of our holiday with the competitor. I would highly recommend anyone to speak to him.

Happy with the service
I felt like my needs been taken to consideration. The only small negative that sometimes I felt a bit pushed to make a decision about the flights and hotel. I was told to take my time but couple minutes later I was asked if I have made my choice. It would be good to be able to end the call. Check the information given and then go back and confirm it

We booked a multi city trip to Italy…
We booked a multi city trip to Italy with Harsha and I am genuinely blown away how well it all went for our family. We travelled by train to each city and our hotels were located really well to each train station. We spent between 1-3days in each location and because our hotels were close to the train station it meant we had more time to do what we wanted. I cannot praise Harsha and Viva Holidays enough for planning such an unforgettable trip for our family. Harsha also listened to what we wanted and was knowledgeable enough to make recommendations. He also allowed us to amend details on multiple occasions before booking. Thank you.
