Awful. Received a dispatch confirmation shortly after placing my order, however 2 weeks later my order still hadn’t arrived. I contacted customer services (whom took a number of days to respond) who said my order hadn’t been dispatched as an item was out of stock. By the time they had responded to my response, a further item was out of stock so they decided (without consulting me) to cancel my entire order. Awful customer service and now no Christmas pressies!

I have used vitamin planet twice already, I am shopping within the UK, it was fantastic shopping experience, I don’t know why so many low rated critics reviews, due to this I placed my first order with caution, just one bottle Jivesse, it was arrived fairly quick, within a week. Then I place 2nd order after few weeks, with very good discount, arrived again within a week.

I have no problems with this seller at all, instead of it I am a bit disappointed with trustpilot, because many critics reviews for this seller was lies I am guessing, I feel sorry for them.

I have been buying Metaburn for 2 years through Vitaminplanet. Service and delivery has always been quick. Metaburn just keeps me going in the gym. When it's open lol.

They don’t ship the product. They don’t seem to understand emails - I asked for a refund as my order has been out of stock for almost two months now, but they don’t respond clearly that they will refund me. A lot of Chinese characters in the email, it gives impression that they use an auto translate to understand what customers are saying.

Fraud... They gave a fake tracking number and it has been 20 days with no reply and no update to the tracking..

They DONT ship the order.. I placed one order last month, no shipping for 3 weeks, then I cancelled. it was explanied that the thing I purchased were out of stock (but no sign on web when I purchased it). Then I placed another order, and checked with customer service in advance and this time it was definitely in stock . then one month passed.. still no shipping.

Good quality products. Recommended by a friend who has shopped here before. The products have helped me lose a few pounds, ready for the beach this summer. Customer service were very helpful when I had a few questions about when to use and how to drink the shake. Will order from again.

Very impressed with the products received. Have found them to help as promised. Will be back to buy again. Excellent

This company didn’t ship my order at all,which is worth £399

Did not reply to my email after the purchase. The delivery was fast but the product did not function as the description. Besides, you cannot add any new review on their website. That's the reason for those 5 stars reviews.

I ordered some milk powder on Vitamin Planet for my cousin's baby daughter in China, and it turned out to be my WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER...

1. Cheating customers / false advertising
The biggest reason I shopped with VP was that on their website it states clearly that delivery to mainland China is WITHIN 6 DAYS. However, the order was only dispatched 14 days after it was placed and that was days after I contacted their customer service. Also, the parcel tracking link they sent me didn't work at all.

2. Terrible customer service (again, the worst I've ever experienced)
When I realised that my order was severely delayed, I sent them an email. I thought they would reply very soon, because the website says "We promise to reply within 1 hour during office hours". However, I didn't get a reply until 2 days later and I was asked to provide the receiver's information that I had already provided when placing the order...

I replied anyways, but was made to wait again, so I had to write another email, then another. After another week, my parcel was finally dispatched but the tracking link didn't work. That followed more emails and longer waiting time.

When I finally got a tracking link that worked, it showed that the parcel was dispatched merely 1 day ago, which made me suspect that when they told me that they had dispatched it, they only said so to stop me from making further complaints. It might sound paranoid, but that what the timeline implied.

In a word, I placed an order at VP 24 days ago, which they claimed would be delivered to mainland China within 6 days.
24 days after, it hasn't even left the UK ("on route to Manchester Airport).

I will NEVER shop with VP ever gain.

Most terrible service!!
Only replied me that my order is out of stock and no more information. Even I sent 3 e-mails but no respond.
I called service number to cancel my order, the woman said she would be back to me but she didn't.
I just sent one more e-mail about cancelling order but no one replied.
I will never never never order in ur shop. it's rly disappointing!!

I paid for 6 item, but, I just received 2 ! I sent them an e-mail, they just said the others are "out of stock" and let me wait. However, when I checked their website, the item is still "in stock"! I don't know why. I have waited for more than one week, and then I sent them an e-mail asking when will I receive my order, NO ONE REPLY!!! I think the service is terrible!

Delivery was quick. Happy with my products. Good range at competitive prices.

Great site for all-natural supplements. All-natural can mean higher prices on some sites but not here which is great!

Crap services, never received their delivery informations after I made orders, do they really sell the products? I doubt.....

Avoid this fake place.
I ordered milk powder, paid, waited patiently for 7 days, guess what, nothing except for an order confirmation sent on the first day. Two emails were sent asking about the delivery. No reply at all!

I also called their service line but the promised second email and delivery notification never appeared in my inbox??!!

I am going to report this fraud ! I want my money back!

It's a spam website. They don't reply email and customer service always saying I will come back to you but never come back to me. My issue not sorted after a week of lacing order. So will talk to my credit card company to get my money back. Not trustworthy at all.

Ordered some stuff, then didn't hear anything from them. They didn't respond to mails, several of them. Finally I opened a case with Paypal - still no response from VP. Then I made the case a claim and got my money back.
Now I'm being spammed by VP almost every day from a number of obscure domains...
