Emergency e-visa Vietnam (Vietnam visa booking) Anmeldelser

Alex was not only efficient but he was considerate and his services were guaranteed. Would definitely use him again!

Service is great and response is fast , had opted for new visa in 1 day , got it as committed within the time frame

Reached out for a last minute Vietnam Tourist visa. Got it done in few hours, super professional would recommend.

Excellent service.

We had some issues with my partners e-visa on the government website due to our nationality.

We reached out and got immediate response eventhough it was after hours in Vietnam. Service and communication was excellent. Everything was clearly explained to us and we got the visa sorted within the time frame that was provided.

I highly recommend their service.

Excellent service! I was in a very stressful situation because my 9-year-old daughter’s Vietnam visa was still pending just before our flight. The Emergency Visa Vietnam team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They kept their promise and helped us receive the visa in time. Their communication was clear throughout the process, and they answered all my questions quickly. I am truly grateful for their support and highly recommend their service to anyone who needs an urgent Vietnam visa. Thank you so much!

Overall, the service did exactly what I paid for and what it said it would do in a timely, communicative, efficient, assured, and good quality manner!

Alex Zhoumin was very responsive throughout the entire process. The follow up email came right after purchase and he answered to calls quickly. He also reached out via email and Whatsapp to keep thorough communication. He was very pleasant to work with!

Alex Zhoumin was magically and amazingly speedy in processing our eVISA application. I had ordered an emergency eVISA to be delivered in less than two hours before our flight since purchase and he delivered a copy to present to officers despite the eVISA sent a little later. The eVISA technically delivered before our check-in to the flight anyway!

I will definitely recommend this service and particularly Alex Zhoumin to anyone else who is ever in my same situation due to lack of travel experience. This service can be trusted with your money. Without him, I wouldn’t be able to visit Vietnam! I am deeply grateful!

I made a typo in my passport # and didn’t notice until I was trying to board. Trying to figure out everything was very stressful. I price for the weekend service felt steep, but it was definitely worth it given the time crunch and Alex’s service is very reliable and responsive.

We are so grateful to Alex for sorting out emergency entry paperwork.
Having arrived at the airport in Auckland without a visa, he managed to get one in time for us to board a flight from Sydney to Hanoi. Incredible. Fast, clear communicator, honest. 100% recommend.

Alex literally saved our entire trip and was so knowledgeable, reassuring, responsive and kind during an otherwise very stressful experience. We needed to fly out on a weekend and what was a public holiday in Vietnam, but Alex was still incredibly responsive and got us our visa same day and even slightly earlier than anticipated. I was also able to call him with questions that came up and he was so helpful and receptive every time. I can’t recommend this service enough!

I received truly emergency assistance. In 3 hours, staff member Alex managed to get my boarding authorization, and my e-visa was sent via WhatsApp. With that, our vacation continued normally. I was worried about the service being via WhatsApp, but everything worked out and staff member Alex resolved our problem!

I had a great experience working with Alex for my Vietnam visa. He helped fast-track the process and delivered everything even earlier than the timeline he initially provided.
Communication was excellent—he always responded quickly to my messages and calls, and kept me updated throughout. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free.
Alex was professional, honest, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend his services.

Great experience

Clearly, finding out that you need a tourist visa to enter Vietnam 24 hours ahead of your trip is not ideal. It is then, however, an enormous relief to see that there is efficient help in this delicate situation. This service took me through the process step by step and delivered precisely as announced.

My friend and I needed an e-visa a few hours before before flight, Alex was very professional, we received our visas 1.5 hours early. Top man!

This is the best company ever. I got my visa on arrival so easy with their help in less than 5 minutes.

We found out we needed a visa to go to vietnam 8 hours before our flight and contacted several companies for getting expedited processing. Alex at Vietnam
Visa Booking was the only one to answer our call at 1AM Vietnam time and told us he could get us a pre-approval letter within an hour!! He then walked us really clearly through all the steps to get the paperwork in and successfully got us our e-visa in time for our flight!!

Super prompt and clear communication. Great service, highly recommend to anyone looking for a fast turnaround (especially on a Sunday, no less). Thank you, Alex, you are the MAN!

Really nice, quick service!! I
Recommend this company!!

Fast and reliable service I highly recommend! ❤️

Words could not describe my appreciation. Alex who was truly a life saver. He was a knowledgeable and professional in his service. I need an urgent visa on the Lunar New Year in Viet Nam due to my previous E-Visa application did not go through and I did not realise it until on the day to flight. I could not be able to reach out as Vietnamese Consulate Office as it was officially closed for 6 days. Thanks Alex for spending your precious time on Lunar New Year's Eve to help me through the difficult time❤️

Extremely fast. Got my visa in 2 days. Really reliable and friendly service. I was so worried that we wouldn’t make our trip because of the public holidays in Vietnam but Alex came through for us. Can’t thank him enough. Would 100% recommend to any one who’s stuck for time to get a visa. Thanks again.
