Emergency Vietnam Visa - Joey Visa Vietnam Anmeldelser

We had a complicated Vietnam visa application for a Lebanese family, and most other agencies were unwilling to take on the case or follow the required process. Joey Visa was different and put a great deal of effort into helping us.
Andrew (Duong) was extremely helpful throughout the application. He was willing to reply at any time, answered all our questions and guided us clearly through every step. We really appreciated his patience, responsiveness and commitment.
I would definitely recommend Joey Visa, especially for more difficult visa applications.

I had a great experience with this agency for my Vietnam eVisa application. The process was clear and straightforward, and the team was very responsive whenever I had questions.

They handled everything professionally, and I received my eVisa within the timeframe they initially promised, which was very reassuring.

Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone applying for a Vietnam eVisa

Joey works very fast and is super responsive

THEY ARE LEGIT! Joey replied to our inquiry for a fast tracked tourist visa within minutes, and we received the visa within the day. This agency truly saved us from a nightmare travel scenario. Highly recommend! Thank you again, Joey!

Highly recommended . My flight was scheduled for the next day and my visa still hadn’t been approved ,on top of that it was the weekend so I was really worried that nothing could be done in time. I contacted Andrew at the last minute and explained my situation. He responded quickly and immediately worked on finding a solution for me. Thanks to his help and fast action, my visa was approved in less than one day
I truly appreciate everything he did to help me in such a stressful situation

Outstanding service! I cannot recommend this company enough!!

Huge thanks to Joey who literally saved the entire trip. He got up at 4:00 AM, jumped into action immediately, and solved what could have easily turned into a disaster. Absolute professionalism, calm under pressure, and true dedication. This is what going above and beyond really looks like.

I’m from Tunisia and I highly recommend Joey Visa! At first, I didn’t think I needed their help, but after my eVisa got amended twice, I reached out to Duong. He was incredibly friendly, supportive, and stayed with me throughout the whole process until I received my visa. This wasn’t just an automated service — it felt personal and reassuring. Their prices are very competitive, and for peace of mind, they’re absolutely worth it!

Very efficient. Sent us a message straight away to confirm payment then had our visa within hours

This guy is so important! He came through and helped us in a situation where we overstayed our visa at the airport and was talking to immigration for us and did everything in his power to mitigate the situation. We have used a service before and it was quick and efficient and we used it again this time and we won’t stop.! Very very important human being for this whole Visa situation! We appreciate you Joey !! Definitely owe this man a few cups of coffee

After approximately 6 weeks of having my visa application returned with requests for further information I contacted Joey Visa for assistance. Within 2 days of the Immigration Office reopening following the recent Reunification public holiday, I had my tourist visa approved and in my hands. Thank you Joey Visa, an amazing service. My only regret is that I did not use Joey Visa's services from the beginning.

Absolutely amazing service from Joey Visa!!
They saved our family holiday! No matter what day of the week they are super quick and efficient. Forever grateful for the professional help and quick responses.

Zoey helped me get a e-visa to vietnam in 3 hours. I sent him all the details and exit stamp on Monday morning 9am, I had the visa by 12pm.

Really helped me out as I had booked a flight from Bangkok to vietnam the same day.

PSA for those traveling to Vietnam, use an eVisa service! Their Immigration Dept makes so many mistakes and they don't respond to their emails. I found this out the hard way when they messed up the dates on my visa during my first attempt flying to Vietnam. It was a $500 mistake. I did my research afterwards and found many other travelers who had the same experience as me. Other travelers also recommended that I use an eVisa service.

Everyone was so helpful and sent many recommendations. One of the referrals is Joey Visa. I contacted every single recommendation given to me a I decided on Joey. I decided on Joey because he was the quickest to respond and the most responsive one out of all of them. And he had the best pricing available. Top notch service! He provided a timeline for me, specific instructions and everything was on point!

I also opted for his "skip the line" express service, which was money well spent! For a minimal amount, an agent met me right off the plane and walked me over to Immigration line and the whole process took 5 minutes!

I will definitely use his service the next time I visit Vietnam!

Joey Visa was fantastic. It is scary giving your passport to someone you don't know.
But Joey Visa was highly recommended by someone in my Facebook travel group so I chose them.

Communication was fast and detailed.
After reviewing the speed and price options, I just followed their instructions.
I had my info and payment to them in about 10 minutes.

My eVisa arrived by WhatsApp exact when they said it would.
Yah!! Very last minute trip to Vietnam!!
Thank you!

All good! The communication and transparency were pretty good! I truly recommend it.

Joey Visa helped our family obtain 5-year Visa Exemptions, and Tourist E-Visas in the past. It has always been wonderful and seamless working with them! I recommend them to everyone I talk to!

Great service from Joey! My girlfriend’s visa was not approved for more than 10 times.. asking for additional information. But could not figure out what information (filled in every field..).

Eventually I contacted Joey. He arranged the visa in a couple of days.
