We have just booked a city break to Krakow with Chris at Via Holidays. He was extremely helpful and amended flight and hotel bookings to suit our requirements. We will definitely use Via for future city breaks and holidays. The overall package was an excellent price, we are now looking forward to seeing Krakow. Thank you Via Holidays and Chris in particular.

This review is to compliment our booking adviser. Initially the assistance he gave in helping us achieve the best option for us was first class. Our experience of staying in the hotel has yet to be experienced and we will review it after we have stayed. I must point out though that there are some unfavourable reviews and some concerning photos on trip adviser. Lets hope these issues have been addressed by the time we get there? A couple of weeks later and the coronavirus has reached Northern Italy and is almost pandemic. Our destination 'Venice' although not in full lock down yet has cancelled the famous carnival, city theatres and museums and hotels. I'm a transplant patient with no immunity to infection so continuing with our plans would have been life threatening. When I requested they consider a credit for another date, I was replied to without compassion and reminded of there no cancellation/refund policy. How can companies get away with this, its so wrong.

Bought through Groupon (the voucher code didn't come off and Groupon were no help with this).
Paid extra for different flight times which allowed me more time in Krakow. (I don't know how that worked as reviewed flights on Ryanair were actually cheaper).
Nevertheless I am happy that Chris Taylor was so patient and helpful.

Book our trip to Venice via groupon. To confirm our booking I spoke to a guy named Chris Taylor.he was very friendly, patient, professional and even gave us a better offer then the original one.I would recommend the company and I will definitely book my future Holidays with him. Good Service from Chris. Bought Groupon Voucher and Chris booked break with some changes and extra cost to get more time in
Krakow in May. Very helpful.

The deal offered through Groupon effectively meant that with flight times, there was only 1 full night and 2 half nights in the hotel on a 3 night stay! Better flight times were offered at an additional fee, increasing the overall price by 25% and different dates with pressure selling to accept there and then or risk losing the deal. I’d think twice about booking again. I just hope the trip is worth it

We encountered a few problems trying to book a package deal to go to Krakow from Bristol, but could not arrange this as it was fully booked. Chris @ viaholidays was excellent in dealing with our situation, and re-arranged a different package for us, and are now going to Cologne. Thank you Chris for your time and effort in sorting this for us.

Hi,just booked a holiday to Marrakech via Groupon. Dealt with a gentleman named Chris Taylor who went through all the options in a very clear and precise manner. We upgraded to better flight times and hotel due to Chris giving us a fine alternative option that was within our budget.

I rang to book a Rome city break and spoke to Chris Taylor. Chris was exceptional. The standard flights in the Groupon deal weren't suitable but he wangled the perfect flight times for no extra charge. Chris went over and above, he provided a level of service you just don't expect. Highly recommended.

Booked through Groupon then had to ring Via to finalise details. Lady phoned back as promised within 10 mins and emailed details.Very professional. We paid a bit extra but got better flights and it was very easy and she was very helpful. Hotel was 4* as described. Still a cheap luxury holiday. Would go through them again.
