This isn't even a travel agency. It's a con artist charity. I purchased a holiday via Wowcher from Via Holiday. I've yet to receive any communications regaring this holiday which I booked 2 months ago. I am now £170 down, credit card company won't refund me, and Via Holiday refuse to contact me despite my numerous attempts to contact them. Absolutely pathetic.

Don't make the same mistake I made. Unless I hear from them imminently I will be taking this to small claims court.

Never book with them absolute scam..I got a Groupon deal and ended up paying £200 on top as the flights were shocking and the train ride wasn't direct, it was 3 changes was told its the cheapest option..Hotel was miles away from town centre which I was told was close..the attitude from staff as well was shocking...dodge them like covid

I only used them because I bought a Groupon to go to Amsterdam.
Everything seemed fine, they even called to check I was checked in before I left.
When we go there, we found that the accommodation that we had been sold as an upgrade, in order to be closer to the centre, was actually a 20 minute boat ride away from anything! I have emailed to complain and have heard nothing back.
I ended up paying for a different hotel while we were there because it was so bad.

Would NEVER use this company again! They have absolutely NO understanding of covid rules and regulations and how these are MANDATORY and not just a ‘choice you can make’ as to whether you ‘choose to follow the rules’
They were awful to deal with, charged us extra to ‘upgrade’ our flights to sensible times of day, took AGES to actually send us our tickets, in the end we matched the flight times they’d told us on the phone to an airline and contacted them directly and the same with the hotel
If you have any kind of anxiety or want anything done quickly or even any kind of semi decent customer service, these are NOT the guys for you!

Absolutely terrible company. We purchased a trip to Amsterdam back in 2019, via a Groupon voucher. We were asked for an extra £110 to change the flights, which at the time didn't seem unreasonable. The holiday has been rearranged twice due to covid and even now from a different airport. But trying to get the actual flight details has been impossible. Constant you will get the details in next 30mins by email, constant retrying, days leaving messages none being responded to. So now £400 and not sure if we even have a holiday booked

do not buy with this company. It is run by two individuals with questionable names (prehaps one)
I brought via hoilday through wowcher deals.
From the first contact they increased the price of the deal by £220.
Now with restrictions changed, they have been completely unprofessional , unhelpful and incompetent. They have avoided my calls for an entire week! And when they have answered I have been shouted at. I have completed actionfraud! I would suggest anyone else to do the same! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND PEOPLE WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.

Terrible awful service. Complete liars who won't contact you back even after multiple calls and messages. Asked to change hotel booking to another date. Very simple request needing a yes or no answer which they are simply not dealing with. Should not be allowed to be a company if they can't show any respect to customers.

Avoid this company at all costs. They have input the name of the wrong person on my booking and are refusing to change it, they are telling me to pay £70 to Easyjet myself when it is a fault on their end. I asked if they needed the name of the person I'm travelling with days before receiving my itinerary and they said no, my original booking was from 2 years ago and due to Covid I pushed the holiday back 2 years and mentioned on the phone it wasn't the same person travelling with me, they said this was fine. They then re-booked the holiday from Rome to Iceland and put the name of the person on the original booking. The agent Sam in particular is incredibly ruder and raises his voice and interrupts you. I'll be escalating this complaint, but for now avoid this company, their customer service is pathetic.

We purchased our holiday via Groupon which was a 2 night break to Amsterdam, after booking we followed the instructions and called via to confirm our booking. I was very disappointed that our first contact with via was for them to instantly upsell alternative flight times to give us more time in Amsterdam... However after this initial disappointment I have to say the rest of our dealings with via where without problem, we received all our booking details within plenty of time prior to our departure and the holiday went smoothly.

This campaign has been advertised for two-day Madrid holidays from the wowcher application. I also bought from the wowcher it for 2 day city break holiday , I wanted to booked after buying it and called the this company i spoke with Chirst, Sam .. and Alax(those name are nike name they are from Pakistan and İndian) they keep me wait 10 days. I bought this City Break £69 but they dont accept it and offer me new price is 800 sterling for two nights i was shokeed .. definitely stay away this horrible company.

If I could award 0 I would. Booked a 3 day Amsterdam break in February 2020 via Groupon what they dont tell you is lots of hidden charges or offered absolute minimum including horrendous flight times!
Refused any form of refund due to Covid.
Forced to rebook 3 times all the time refusing refunds.
Wont answer any emails if complaining only emails where I comply with the rebooking.
Hopefully this latest booking will go ahead however I've now realised I've lost my luggage upgrade I originally paid for.
Guess what they wont respond to my email requesting this.
Seriously stay away the worst service / company I have ever dealt with.

Will be having a chat with ATOL and Trading Standards and it also looks like we're heading to court to get our refund. Will avoid at all costs in the future

I booked a holiday through groupon last year.

I spoke with hazel who organised my holiday. I had no issues everything was booked as advertised.

I thought it was a good idea trying to book a getaway for myself and my partner of 7 years to Amsterdam, I was not wise and did not look at the reviews as we are 23 and it was a good deal for our anniversary we jumped at the offer of £199pp.

In January, 2020 I booked a 3 night stay, flights from Manchester to Amsterdam so we could explore the history and culture; this was his first holiday out of the region we live in, in the UK.

Due to COVID they changed the dates of the holiday, I accepted and allowed it to go ahead, a few months ago I contacted them and asked about a refund due to the growing tiers we were climbing in the north east. They said they could give me £93 of the £420+ I have given them including upsales and commissions. While i understand the economy is in hard times I do not want to receive the extra funds for the commissions made, I simply want the costs of my travel components (Hotel and Flights)

Unfortanetely for the organisation, I have a masters degree in Tourism management, and am aware of the certfications, the regulations and laws they must follow to operate. I have contacted several corporations, have correspondence with law advisers and I am currently conversing with several regulatory bodies to ensure the legitmacy of the business and what action can be taken.

So far they have tried to push for a change in dates of the holiday again, however, my faith is lacking considering they have misspelt my name on my flight documents despite a phone call in which i confirmed and reaffirmed the proper spelling of my name,
It appears they have forgotten and used the spelling of my email to substitute.

Please people ensure you have the right knowledge of this organisation before using them, I hope this helps future consumers.

Worst company I’ve ever tried to deal with

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Multiple people on their Facebook website even agree they are the worst company. They just want your money. No post sales team. They fully know they are in the wrong. If you have a voucher for them or book through them don’t. Tell groupon and wowcher you want a refund ASAP and don’t use them. Run for the hills. They don’t get back in contact with you via emails, their phone lines are never picked up and their answering machine messages are never replied to. They’ll take your money and you’ll never hear from them again.

This is the worst company I have ever used. I have been months trying to contact them. Once they get your money they will do everything in their power to keep it. There are never any managers about. There are never any post sales team about either. They seemed lovely and reputable at first but in the end probably one of the worst business I’ve dealt with. The other reviews have all been bought too. Please if you have bought a groupon or Wowcher via dusk, or via holiday, refund or immediately they’re a scam company.

If I could have given a 0 I would have. Blatant lies and disrespect for the customers they are dealing with. The latest instalment is the flights that were cancelled because of Covid have suddenly been reinstated, but when I check the easyJet website, guess what, no flights on that day or time! Our only hope is that the bank will help us with a refund as we are not likely to get a thing back from these liars. Avoid at all costs.

I'm afraid I have to echo all the 1* views below (should be 0 *s). Prior to Covid the company appear to be doing well. However they don't know the European travel laws and they are in complete denial. They have no respect for their clients and seemingly no clue as to what their actions should be in this current situation. I was due to go to Budapest on April 30th, so far I've been offered nothing and repeatedly reminded I'd booked a "non-refundable" holiday.
Any solicitors out there want to take this on please?

Due to fly on 19th May, booked and paid in full in Feb. Refusing a full refund, in a time where everything is already uncertain. Will NEVER book with this company again, and it seems that this is the same for a lot of people. We are entitled to a full refund, and all they seem to care about is the effect that Covid has had on their company - even though they won't lose out on anything by giving me a refund.
