Gave my dog Redonyl vitamins I purchased for my dog he has a lot more energy early days really to see any more changes but was advised by my vet to purchase Redonyl they are supposed to be good for eye and skin infection so I may purchase for another two months to see if there’s any improvement to my dogs skin

Highly reliable and good price

Terrible service after dispatch of goods. Arrived in local depot and sat for 3 days before they decided it was either damaged or lost. Vetsend was very poor at resolving the matter offering just a refund or replacement, but couldn’t send the replacement as a priority even though it’s a specialist food that was urgently needed now. In the end it took well over 2 weeks for the order to be received.
Terrible customer service with generic responses and no actual effort to sort the issue out in a timely manner.
I would expect as a first time customer, they’d want to do all they can & more to fix the experience.
One last chance with next order as then would find another supplier.

Delivered quickly without any problems.

Explained the product well. Sent the product quickly and well packaged. The product does seem to be helping our cat. It will take a few months, as explained by Vetsend) before we will be able to confirm this but the initial signs are very promising.

I was told that the order had been lost by the courier when it did not arrive. I was reimbursed and told if the order arrived later to refuse to take it. The order then arrived, luckily I was home, I had to run after the driver who just put it over the fence without even ringing the door bell. He was unhappy to take it back. A total incompetence throughout. I ordered from another company delivered in two days.

Awful company. I ordered a cooling jacket for my dog. It arrived in a filthy condition and looked like it had been used to clean the floor. Really disappointing that anyone would find it acceptable to post this to a customer. It was a brand new Ruffwear cooling jacket.

This is a reply SOLELY to the LIAR who replied to my first review about STILL NOT RECEIVING THE ORDER I PLACED ON FRIDAY. According to there website if you order on a working day mon to Friday your item(s) are sent the very next day we don’t open on weekends SO why say “your item was sent out today because yesterday was a bank holiday” yet SAM EMAILED ME AND SAYS IT WAS IN FACT SENT OUT YESTERDAY SO
A) WHO’s THE LIAR
B) SAM FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE OR
C) THE ONE WHO WROTE OUTRIGHT OUTRAGEOUS REPLY TO TRY AND JUSTIFY WHY IT IS THAT ITS AN HOURS FLIGHT FROM THE NETHERLANDS YET ITS TAKING 72 for a brush some LOGISTICS PLANNING FOR THAT .

I was delighted to find what I needed for my cat here. He had been ill due to struvite crystals and was refusing the (expensive) veterinary food on sale in the UK. I was able to get a bundle of all different brands relevant to his condition without having to purchase a large box of each. I also purchased struvite tablets (to crash and mix into his normal food). Everything arrived together, well packaged and at a reasonable price.
