Vertigo Transport Ltd Anmeldelser

The surveyor was very professional and thought of every contingency. The removal people were polite, punctual, very helpful and also very professional and hardworking. The move went without a hitch - the best part of the move! I highly recommend this company.

The team were efficient, hard working and friendly. They went above and beyond to move us safely and with the minimum of fuss. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Transparent communcations leading up to removal day, and very swift removals on the day. polite staff on phone, email and in person when moving. thank you!

Pre-delivery of packing boxes for self-packing of valuables, the packing service and loading/delivery were well organized. Yasmina who prepared the quote remained contactable and responsive to queries throughout the process. Cheerful and hard working team (Nickoloz, Edgar, George and a couple of young men) with positive can-do attitude. Working extended hours till late on the last day. Very helpful and made our moving house occasion a lot less stressful. Thank you!

Very professional and friendly. Would recommend.

Lovely men, very efficient and friendly. It was a big job with a tricky entrance to the new property and they navigated it very well. And not one breakage!

The quotation process was done via video call which was super smooth and efficient.
The day before the move we were told the new property might not be ready to move in. In our distress we contacted Vertigo who offered the flexibility to move our stuff to their storage in case the move could not go ahead. This gave us an option and, more importantly, peace of mind.
On the removal day the Vertigo team was asked by the management office to take a longer route with an added flight of steps. The team was surprised by the last minute change but still performed their tasks professionally.
Very satisfying experience all in all. Highly recommended.

Great service . Very helpful chaps .
Will use again & recommend to others .

Friendly staff team on the day and they finished the job on time and without any major damage or breakages. The initial assessment proved inaccurate however and so they underspecified the size of lorry needed which delayed the departure from our end.

Great service! Great set of guys specially Nico! On time and very professional!

This is the second time we use Vertigo's moving services and they are more than great! Arrive at the appointed time, professional and patient staff, worth every penny!!!

Very nice efficient and had working team.
They made a very stressful day bearable!!
Only thing that got broken was a light bulb that I dropped!!

Very professional, cheerful and extremely efficient team. We moved a 4 bedroom house with them. They got the job done much faster than anticipated, all with great personalized attention.

From start to finish a lovely experience! Would really recommend Vertigo for a house move, they are friendly, efficient and made everything very straightforward and easy.

We booked Vertigo to provide removals service for our move from London to Bristol. We opted for their pre-packing service which was wonderfully efficient, with them supplying all the boxes required and having our 2 bed flat nearly all packed in 6 hours the day before moving day. The team were just as efficient loading up the vans, also moving our upright piano successfully with great care. We included their unpacking service as well, which was great as it meant all the boxes they had supplied were taken away and our belongings were unpacked into the appropriate room. Efficient and friendly service throughout, would definitely recommend!

A really good experience! Our move went stress free with Vertigo Transport. It was a cross region move, from London to Kent and everything went well and was done during the day. The team was very friendly and easy to talk with. I was very anxious before the move, but I was completely relaxed on the day thanks to their kind personality and professionalism. Thank you very much for everything!

This was my first experience of moving home in the UK and I was very stressed about it. Ivan and his colleagues arrived on time for the moving day. they were very friendly, professional and efficient, they packed all of the stuff of my 3-bedroom flat in 3 and a half hours. There is a lift in the new flat but unexpectedly it wasn't working on the day , they delivered everything up to my flat on first floor without complaint and at no extra charge. I highly recommend vertigo transport company!

Fantastic service and such a nice group of people to work with. Very reassuring during a stressful process and they really moved fast. Would highly recommend
