Vertigo Transport Ltd Anmeldelser

I've used Vertigo to move house in London twice and the process has been very smooth each time. Highly recommend!

Great service by Vertigo and it's team. The guys that worked on the packing and the moving worked incredibly hard and were reliable and punctual. Everything was packed well and the on the day of moving every box and furniture item ended up in the right room and place. They were all friendly and kind.

Chet and his crew made the move as easy and hassle free as could be. Strongly recommend.

From the moment I met Yasmina I received a gold star experience.I was very stressed and not at all well, she handled everything superbly. We had exchange delays and Yasmina kept me calm!On the day the guys were lovely and all went smoothly.I would thoroughly recommend Vertigo for making a stressful occasion a pleasure.

Storage and Removals? Vertigo Transport are the best! Professional and courteous all the way from first quotes to completion.

The experience with Vertigo was excellent throughout. The quote and offer was clear. The team packed carefully, were timely and made the moving experience less stressful. They moved a piano carefully down a narrow staircase in addition to all of our other items.

Nicholas and his team were brilliant - turned up when they said, packed quickly and efficiently, were polite and good-humoured throughout, despite it tipping down with rain during the unpack.
The pre-move process was really good too, Vertigo were flexible and accommodating when our move date kept changing.
The only tiny negative comment I have is that we were slightly over-quoted in terms of capacity - we paid for one v.large lorry and two slightly smaller vans, and only needed one of the vans. The price was still really competitive though, and the other option (being underquoted) would have been much worse.
Highly highly recommended. Would use again in flash.

Great service, very speedy response time over email, everything was done on time with no issues. I would highly recommend.

Great move, thanks to the entire team.

Great service and very professional team

Everything was great, timely, convenient, comprehensive, and the team were friendly and helpful.

Thank you very much!

Wonderful service, very seamless. Would definitely recommend. One of the guys was very accommodating and provided wonderful service. I would have given 5 stars, but the other guy seemed a bit upset and didn't want to carry our suitcases to the loft floor. Even after asking a few times, he left it on the first floor.
Overall a good experience from booking to moving.

All the staffs are super friendly. Valentina send me the quotation efficiently and professionally. The moving staff Josh and other handsome guy are very polite and professional. Definitely good choice to choose this company.

Great service, good communication and friendly movers

Vertigo were brilliant with our difficult house move - the video quote they did was thorough, and the movers pre-packed lots the day before our move (on a bank holiday no less!) When we faced an unexpected delay with moving in, they were brilliant at dealing with it urgently and putting our belongings in storage safely until our moving date. They also reassembled our beds and shelves when we did move in. All of the guys were friendly and professional. Would happily recommend their service.

Brilliant service, went above and beyond. Made for a stress-free move quicker than we had planned for!

Vertigo Transport were absolutely BRILLIANT! The team of 3 arrived promptly (despite us being in Hertfordshire), with an ample sized lorry for our move. They were careful, efficient, fast, polite. They waited patiently for the short period we needed to go collect our new set of keys. We sat down with our feet up whilst they loaded and then unloaded everything. They brought floor coverings to keep our carpets clean, and clothes to cover furniture etc to prevent scratches. Extremely impressed and I will certainly be recommending them to everyone that is moving home.

Excellent service, helpful and friendly staff.

Highly recommended, their quote was very competitive (and no extra costs added at any point), the team on the day were fantastic and worked tirelessly to get us moved in. They did a full packing service for us and nothing was broken when unpacked. They were super friendly and polite at all times, would 100% use again and recommend to a friend.

The team was great. They were efficient, friendly and very careful with my belongings. I am so happy I went with Vertigo who really helped in a stressful situation in the run up to my moving day.
