Great customer service, disappointed by their bars.
Their customer service is fast and friendly, but I didn't care for the lack of sweetness of their bars (I'm used to bitter things but this was too bitter for my taste buds).
I'm giving full stars because the customer service is stellar, including the cancellation process. I couldn't ask for better service, and shipping was fast.

Delicious.
Very delicious bars and not chalky at all. Flavors are all good - including the seasonal ones!
Subscription is too frequent for me. I have 7 bags unopened but I keep forgetting to delay through text. Good though!

Awesome bars
A very nice selection of flavors. These bars are very low on calories, but certainly does the job. They are gluten free, vegan and everyone can have it. If you are not sure, they also give free samples to try.

The company is very responsive and offers a great product. Their willingness to give back the community is a great added benefit to my purchase and the personalized service is also excellent. Highly recommend!

Top notch customer service and a very tasty product. Ginger snap was the best! I’m pretty caffeine sensitive and in the end these weren’t a fit for me but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them :)

Best customer service experiences I have ever had! Every month when my order is due they send me a text to let me know and if I want to change the flavor.....once I respond... their response is immediate! I wish more companies did this!

I LOVE my Verb Bars
I LOVE my Verb Bars! They taste so good, and are super easy to take on the go. I also really enjoy that the company gets in contact with you right before your next shipment to ask if you would like to keep your order the same or try and new flavor. I have been a fan of all the flavors, but the Gingerbread one. Love this company and what they are about. With COVID going on they have been donating to the frontlines for every 2 bags purchased. They are truly amazing and I will continue to support them.
