Brilliant Customer Service
After initially receiving my 1st Item, and posting a review highlighting it was the wrong colour. Customer Services got in touch, and organised to send a replacement item item out, and collect the item that was the incorrect colour. I am pleased to say that this happened this morning, and to think that the original item only arrived on Monday of this week.The level of Customer service is excellent, and faultless, and kept me informed of everything was polite helpful and understanding. The item itself was chosen for the safety features for our Grand daughter, but customer service topped with that is second to none.
I am extremely happy and grateful that time was taken to send a replacement item containing the correct colour I ordered.. Sooo Amazing... Thank You. Thank you

Order was processed and dispatched within an hour or two.
Would highly recommend going ot their site for the order. I know that they also sell on Amazon, but support the company itself. Especially since they price was lower on Venture's site at the time of purchase.
My toddler loves the product. The flooring and toys that come with it keep the him entertained for hours.

I ordered a playpen at around 2.45 on the Friday and it arrived by 11 on Saturday. The price was great and the product is fantastic. What brilliant customer service!

Amazing purchase
My 2.5 year old loves her new wc ( potty) . She refused so many times to go on the ordinary potty because was uncomfortable to seat on, but this one is perfect for her size and the sounds and light are brilliant.

Excellent customer service
I placed an online order for all stars duo playpen, delivery was quick but unfortunately I had a missing panel. After emailing customer service they arranged for the missing panel to be sent out the following day. The playpen is well made and a lovely design.

Althoug they send the wrong colour of the product, which arrived next day as they promised, they quickly resoved the issue when informed. Mistakes happen and how you handle them makes the difference, so many many thank to Venture UK team.

It's so quick and easy to set up, and take down and feels pretty sturdy. I ordered the UV canopy too so my little boy and I can sit outside. Love it so far!
