Worst delivery in the history of international commerce

I am still waiting for my puzzle I ordered 23 Feb and paid extra for express delivery! Sent an email and had no answer! I will not buy again from them as I’ve missed my Great grandson’s 1st birthday now! I also feel conned as I thought it was a UK company as they put UK-Woodemon. Massive mistake I should have looked at Trustpilot first which I normally do.

Omg. Whatever you do. Do NOT buy anything from here. Usually I’m good about ordering from sketchy web sites, but somehow this one got past me. The price I paid for two puzzles and what I received (which took almost a month) is absolutely atrocious. Literally cardboard, not wood. Unreal.

Do not shop here. My item was cheaply made the wrong color. The website says returns are accepted within 90 days, but even though my item was still wrapped in original packaging and had never been opened they refused to send me a return authorization.

This company is a scam!! They will send you cheap products which are not safe for children to use. They will ignore all your emails and so your refund will no be processed. AVOID at all costs.

I would never purchase from Woodemon again. I ordered from Woodemon and the experience was terrible from start to finish. My item was not delivered as promised, communication was extremely poor, and every response I received felt like a copy-and-paste message with no real intention of resolving anything. The seller listed on my transaction was “Liangzi Xingqiu Co., Ltd.”, which I later discovered has no clear traceable business background and doesn’t appear to be a real or verifiable company.

I only received vague excuses, no timeline, and no actual solution.

If you are considering ordering from Woodemon, please be cautious. My experience felt unreliable, unprofessional, and nowhere near what a trustworthy business should operate like.

Ordered product about 3 weeks ago. Hasnt arrived. No email communications in response. Terrible potentially scam company

My order has not arrived (currently 22 days after dispatch). Delivery is promised 8-12 days from dispatch. Customer service is appaling. They refuse to refund and ignore my emails. This is a company in China and I wish I had not ordered from them. I would recommend not to use this company.

I ordered two wooden height charts with animal themes plus accessories. Cost £74. I received two material height charts, Christmas theme, no accessories. Not just once but twice. Don't touch these guys with a barge pole. Total scammers.

I ordered a customized wooden puzzle in Oct. They processed my payment immediately. I received no tracking info. I corresponded with them 8 times. The last time I was promised delivery by Christmas. No delivery. No communication from the company at all.

I placed an order on December 5, 2025 . Woodemon indicated it would be delivered within 7-9 days based on the shipping I paid for. That means I should have received it no later than Dec. 14. It is now Dec. 23 and I have not received what I ordered and paid for. According to the ship tracking you provide it appears to be nowhere near my house. I have missed the opportunity to give this gift to my first granddaughter for Christmas. I cannot tell you how disappointed and embarrassing it was to not be able to provide her with a present on her first Christmas. How can you call yourself a reputable business if you cannot meet simple delivery needs – especially around the holidays? I have emailed the customer service department 3 times - have never received a response or even an acknowledgement of receipt. Do not order products from this company.

Well, I placed an order on December 15 and when checking out I had the option of several different arrivals. I picked the one that would be to me before December 24. First of all, it is my fault for not realizing that my Christmas present for my granddaughter was coming from China. If I had been on my game, I would never have ordered the product anyway. But now not only will it not meet that timeline it is actually due sometime the first week in January.

I’m very disappointed with this experience. I placed my order on October 27, 2025, and the first package arrived within two weeks, but the second package is still missing. My orders were supposed to arrive within a month. Instead, the shipment has been significantly delayed, and I haven’t received any proactive updates. I had to reach out myself many times, and even then, I wasn’t given tracking numbers or clear information about where my package actually is.

I understand that weather can cause delays, but the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. If my package does not arrive by December 24, 2025, I will be requesting a refund. Overall, this has not been a smooth or reassuring process.

Just bought a personalised name puzzle for my 15 month old grandson, I've been robbed! £30+ with p&p. Not worth a fiver. I've seen much better quality things in Home Bargains for £4!
I also paid extra for pegs which I haven't received. I have emailed to ask for a refund or the pegs to be sent, but received no reply.
I'd advise not to buy. I presume it's a Chinese company. Utter rubbish.

Don’t buy this. Quality and colour are poor. Didn’t get the peg holders I paid for and no response to email. Overpriced rubbish.

The company misrepresented the product and now refuses to honor their return policy. They took my money and delievered a product that was NOT what they described. I immediately addressed the issue with their customer service who refuses to provide a return label and is not adhering to their return policy. 1st time ordering and extremely dissappointed & frustrated at the lack of customer service. They ripped me off!

Ordered a personalized backpack with patches for my daughter, the patches came off within 2 days. Very poor quality. I paid about $70 for the backpack.

Awful website- you can easily be conned. Adds things on automatically. Virtually impossible to edit basket

I have purchased 3 name puzzles total. I like their sturdiness and variety of colors and animals to choose from.
I got one last year for my grandson and bought 2 more for my twin grandsons this year. We lost one puzzle piece last summer and I contacted Woodemon and they replaced it.

Wasn't aware l was paying USD for my order. Order went from what was Australian (l assumed) $ to an extra $20 extra for USD.

$60 + for a wooden puzzle for a 1 YO???

I'm trying to cancel my order, but no response as yet.

Buyer beware in this instance.
