Upset and frustrated
We bought tickets for the Doge’s palace on our last day in Venice (27/10/2017) only to be told at the palace that it was shut for a meeting. When you buy online through a vendor like this you know there’s no point in trying to get your money back but this was €40 down the drain.

As for the necessity to print the tickets, please consider that the regulation of Venice Civic Museums requires to show a paper copy of the voucher at the ticket offices therefore we have to comply with it… But we are transparent in informing our customers about this, both online and on the voucher!

Ripped Off
The boy who collected our vouchers was absolutely rude to not only us, but a British couple who paid online with Trip Advisor and their documents were sent to wrong email. The boy told the couple they couldn’t take the tour which brought the wife to tears. Our tour was only 1 1/2 hours long. We only visited 4 locations and it was conducted half in Spanish for 1 couple and for the other 8 people it was done in English. So we lost a tremendous amount of time trying to accommodate them at our expense.
We feel as though we were ripped off.

we are sorry you were not satisfied with this tour and we would like to apologize for the rude behavior of the boy at the meeting point. Actually, we cannot do anything for the couple who booked through Tripadvisor… We may suppose that they could not attend the tour because they didn’t have the vouchers. Our customers would not have this kind of problems, since we always provide them with an emergency number: they just have to call us to solve any problem. We regret they didn’t book with us! As for the bilingualism of the tour, please consider that it is clearly specify online, in order to warned our customers about that before they book… We regret you missed this important detail!

Semplicemente vergognoso!!!
Semplicemente vergognoso, perché non abbiamo potuto trovare la guida per il Tour Il Museo Di San Marco E La Basilica Dall'alto
(Con Ingresso Saltafila) nel punto segnalato per l'incontro nonostante il vagare per un'ora . Era pieno di gente!!! poi ci hanno ndetto che avremmo dovuto andare sotto la torre dell'orologio ovviamente era in ritardo e siamo rimasti senza il tour dato che avevamo il voucher ma non i biglietti.

ci spiace tu non sia riuscito a prendere parte al tour. Il voucher che hai ricevuto al termine della prenotazione include una mappa e una breve descrizione testuale sul punto di ritrovo. Purtroppo Piazza San Marco è una delle attrazioni più visitate di Venezia per cui c'è sempre molta gente, ma possiamo assicurarti che la maggior parte dei nostri clienti riesce a trovare il punto di ritrovo senza problemi grazie alle indicazioni fornite.
Non ci è molto chiaro il discorso dei biglietti... Non è previsto alcun biglietto, 'Il Museo di San Marco e la Basilica dall'alto' è una visita guidata e il voucher è l'unico documento valido per prendervi parte, va semplicemente presentato alla guida al punto di ritrovo.
Teniamo anche a precisare che tutti i nostri voucher hanno un numero di telefono da contattare in caso di emergenza: se ci avessi contattato, probabilmente la situazione sarebbe stata risolta in pochi minuti e saresti riuscito a partecipare al tour.
