Ottimo!
Ho utilizzato ieri per la prima volta i servizi di questa azienda per prenotare la mia visita alla Basilica di San Marco di Venezia senza fare coda. Tutto molto facile e rapido, non ho avuto nessun problema. Di sicuro lo consiglio e lo utilizzerò ancora! grazie!

I had problems during my purchase
So, two days ago i tried buying these same tickets and had a problem. I use in my web browser a anti-virus software that redirectioned my first payment to a safe page browser and when i did the payment i had my credit card debited and dont´t received my tickets. Now i did all the buy process again and did the payment in the same normal page browser and had the process complete, but i paid two times for the same product and i think that your team can check my information in your computer system.
I hope this error will be corrected.

It might be that your email provider put the confirmation email of your first order in the spam box, but unfortunately we cannot prevent this risk.

Tour of St Marks Venice a let down
I have to be honest and thought it was a poor tour. It was meant to be skip the queue but we had to queue and the tour guide said she didn’t know what has happened and there had been changes lately. Also in the time we were queuing didn’t talk and it was frustrating. I paid for a guided tour of the Colosseum in Rome which was amazing and I would have paid double for the value. My view save your money with this tour and queue with other people and save the euros as was in my view not worth it

thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with our service. Unfortunately, on the day you attended the tour, there was a peak in the tourist flow, which was unexpected considering that March is not high season yet. The large number of visitors caused some queue inside the Basilica and some delays to the guided tours. During high season, guided tours can take advantage of a different management in order to avoid long queues but, unfortunately this procedure is not operative in March. We apologize for the inconvenience. We can assure you that our guides always do their best to guarantee a pleasant experience to our customers... As you can see from a quick look at the reviews of this tour on our portal, the service is very reccomended from many visitors and the approach of our guides is usually very appreciated.

Zero Flexibility on Changes
I purchased tickets to San Marco Basilica, and within an hour realized I picked one day. I contacted about a exchange, and answer was "no". Zero flexibility. Disappointing

we are sorry for what happened but please consider that the fact that this kind of tickets are non-refundable at all is clearly highlighted online among the information you were supposed to read before booking.
In any event, we are transparent in informing our customers about the cancellation policy of our services and always do our best to meet their needs by refunding the service or proposing a date/time change... Unfortunately, for some services, such as the skip-the-line service to St. Mark's Basilica, this is not possible but we make it very clear in order to avoid any possible misunderstanding.
We regret you didn't read carefully the information we provide online. We hope that your feedback may help other customers from avoiding to make the same mistake.

Cheap but painful
Tour group was too large and disorganised. People were getting left behind or getting lost because the tour guide had no idea who or how many were in the group. Because there was so many of us we were often 2 to 3 rooms behind so couldn't see what she was talking about. Tour guide talked a lot without making anything interesting. Also seemed to get into lots of arguments with people (at one point she called someone in our group rude because they wanted to stop and take a photo). Highlight was when she made the group wait while she went to the toilet. Unfortunately
She left her microphone on so we got more detail than we wanted. Most of the group were grumbling because headphones were staticky and made it difficult to hear.
