Due anni fa mi è stata regalata una confezione natalizia di cioccolatini Venchi meravigliosi mai mangiato cioccolatini così buoni. Alla stazione Termini a Roma ho visto un negozio Venchi e mi sono affrettata a comprare dei cioccolatini....grande delusione la qualità completamente diversa erano dei comunissimi cioccolatini che puoi trovare ovunque

Für mich die beste Schokolade die es gibt. Hier werden richtig gute Kakaobohnen verwendet die geschmacklich wenig Säure enthalten. Die Zuckerfreie Schokolade kommt komplett ohne künstliche Süßstoffe aus und man weiss was drinn ist.
Die Lieferung nach Deutschland geht schnell und unkompliziert. Innerhalb 3 Tagen ist die Schokolade meistens da.
Die Verpackungen sind Edel und als Geschenk immer ein Highlight.
Macht weiter so!

Cioccolata calda chiesta la tazza anziché il bicchieri di carta ,la commessa ha detto che non poteva .assurdo negare una necessità e un piacere di una cioccolata non da asporto visto che ci siamo seduti e abbiamo fatto colazione

Non potrei essere più soddisfatta della mia esperienza di acquisto online. Il loro sito web era facile da usare e ha reso semplice la ricerca dell'articolo perfetto. Il processo di acquisto è stato agevole e ho ricevuto l'ordine rapidamente, I prodotti sono arrivati in ottime condizioni,In più una altra cosa molto importante il team di assistenza clienti era disponibile e ho ricevuto la risposta da loro in pochi minuti.
Se siete amanti del delizioso cioccolato vi consiglio di ordinarlo da Venchi ad occhi chiusi😋😍

Venchi has canceled multiple orders of mine in the past 2 weeks.

One was due to a pricing error on their system. The other was canceled without any explanation or help.

I've been a loyal customer for years but after multan customer service experiences plus price increases ill look elsewhere for my next purchase.

Ho un Voucher Partner Eni per Venchi a disposizione che scade il 31/03/25.
Nonostante abbia inserito correttamente tutti i dati richiesti per ottenere la scatola di cioccolatini, il sistema mi dice sempre che il codice promozionale è errato. Quindi posso procedere solo acquistando tramite carta di credito o altro tipo di pagamento. Praticamente uno specchietto per allodole.
Che vergogna!!!! 😡😡😡

Ordino il 18.11, per natale 24 (al posto di un artigianale ahimè..) con molto entusiasmo, il panettone chocoviar da 1 kg(42€). Unitamente a 4 tavolette di cioccolato che, in promozione, avrebbero previsto, ogni tre una in omaggio ma NULLA! Vabbè, c’è il panettone……..mai più!, la cioccolata 75% è buona, ma si spacca tutta e si separa totalmente dal panettone che, non risulta affatto essere all’altezza del prezzo, anzi……….

Venchi a Santa Trinità …Sono rimasta delusa dal livello di pulizie che avevano .. troppo sporco per essere così costoso ma va 8 cameriere li e nessuno si impegna a pulire che disgustoso

Website says you will get your order within 2-3 days but unfortunately my order was not processed until i chased a couple of times.Placed an order on 17th December, got the first confirmation email, then nothing. No despatch email
Customer services responded and said there were technical difficulties and they they then sent my order. By way of apology my order was refunded In full as the chocolates were for Christmas and arrived on 30th December. I'm now looking forward to trying the chocolates.

To begin with, I would like to say that Venchi chocolate is one of a kind, I’m a big chocolate lover and by far this is the best chocolate I’ve ever tried, the taste of it is outstanding and totally deserves higher than average price.
Initially I wrote a bad review because there were issues with online order (my parcel was stuck in Italy and I couldn’t reach the support for 2 weeks) which was quite stressful, after 2 weeks though they answered that the parcel had been lost and refunded my money. But, this is not the end of story. A couple days later my order has arrived! I emailed them that I got it and there’s no need for the refund and the answer was that they won’t reverse the refund as an apology of long delivery and lack of updates on my order. So I got to enjoy free chocolate for Christmas! To sum up, it looks like delivery is a bit disorganized but I hope they’re working on it as I would like to continue ordering my favorite chocolate:)

Misleading artwork. The artwork of the tablet on the packaging is very very different to the tablet in the packaging. You expect sometime interesting and you end-up with a very boring tablet.

Sotto la media il locale di Linate aeroporto, per la qualità del servizio. Mi metto in fila per un gelato, ma la commessa si sposta alla cassa cioccolato confezionato dove si è messa in fila una persona arrivata dopo di me.
Poco male, attendo. Mentre la seconda commessa conclude le sue pulizie, senza degnarmi di attenzione, la prima ricompare e l'ordine è fatto. 10 minuti dopo stessa scena ma con protagonista mia moglie che si mette in fila per una cioccolata, due persone davanti a lei. Un cliente entra per acquistare del cioccolato e la commessa si sposta sulla seconda cassa per servirlo, in barba a qualsiasi ordine di arrivo. Mia moglie spazientita si gira e se ne va.
Quali che siano le dinamiche aziendali che danno priorità alla vendita del cioccolato confezionato (se non è questo il motivo dello spostamento di cassa il resto appare una evidente incapacità di servire il cliente) se ne segnala un problema di metodica.

Cioccolato che è una garanzia,ho avuto un problema per la spedizione e Ludovica lo ha risolto nel giro di un'email,grazie anche ad Emma e a tutto lo staff per la competenza e l'educazione

The chocolate itself is ok but the customer service is trash. I tried making an order from Mobile. Used a working credit card and got an error message. Used another credit card and got the same error. I then tried paying through Paypal, there was another error message. So I wrote their customer service and sent a screenshot. Today I was able to use one of my credit cards for an Amazon order and also Paypal to send money to a friend. No issue with those. Then Venchi customer service rep reached out and said "you are getting that error because there are not enough funds in your account". Like, are you kidding me?!! This is such a dismissive behavior on their side, they didn't even try to research the error, which is clearly not with my ways of payment. Mistakes happen but when a company can't even admit they messed up, this is when I recommend everyone not deal with these people.

Conosco Venchi già da un po’ di anni sono sempre stato soddisfatto sia come servizio che come prodotti ora lo sono ancora di più perché hanno risolto un problema in pochissimo tempo grazie un motivo in più per ordinare di nuovo da voi grazie ancora .

I love the chocolate and usually keep a supply on hand. Because I was sick, I ordered online from us.venchi.com. There is no phone number on the site and my email queries have gone unanswered. The site says my order shipped; UPS says they created the label 4-5 days ago but haven’t received the goods from Venchi yet.

I contacted Venchi customer care about a misunderstanding that arose in one of its shops. Nothing major. But the Customer Care team reacted quickly and generously and now I am an even bigger Venchi fan!

We recently visited Carnaby to enjoy the Christmas lights, and my daughter, drawn to the charming aesthetic of Venchi, decided to treat herself to some ice cream. While capturing the perfect selfie, she accidentally dropped it. When she went back in to buy another one and explained what happened, Amrutha, a member of the Venchi replaced the ice cream for free. This thoughtful gesture truly made my daughter delighted.

I’m writing this review not just for the free ice cream but to recognise the outstanding customer service we received, particularly from Amruta. She took the time to patiently explain the products, the membership options, and even shared which items were the best sellers, all while making us feel genuinely welcome. It’s experiences like these that make a place memorable and worth returning to—not only for Venchi’s delicious ice cream and chocolates but also for the warm, attentive service which was given by Amrutha.
