My stay in London with Veeve with seamless. Their greeters make sure you have everything you need and when I had questions they were so incredibly nice and very quick to respond and help. Our apartment was fabulous, would absolutely stay again.

This is our second time in Marylebone Mews and definitely we will come again for our next visit to London. This place has never failed to impress us. We love everything about it - location, deco, space, facilities and Veeve team too. Good Job Veeve!

The communication was excellent and the meeting at the property made a big difference.

It feels like home, very cozy. Although it’s not the fanciest place but me and my friend really enjoyed the stay there. You have everything you need from cutleries to washing machine and to all. So it’s good if you are looking for a long term stay

Veeve was there for us always! Ery nice and helpful staff. They arranged our transport from CDG airport as well. We will be happy to contact them for future travel. Thank you particularly to Madeline.

Everything was as it supposed to be - someone with the key was in front the building and show us the apartment which was on excellent location - near The Arc De Triomphe. The apartment has all necessity and it was clean. The terrace - wooow!

Everything was perfect! The view from the place is incredible! It is right near the metro that we took to get around everywhere. There is also a fantastic little pastry shop on the block next to it that we went to every morning. The host greeted us, and gave us a quick tour and even gave us a bottle of wine. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home! We had a wonderful time!

Everything was so easy…great communication before the trip, the apartment was just as expected and we had everything we needed. Location was great. Bed was super comfortable! We’d definitely book here again.

Veeve has always provided accurate representations of the properties. Their communication during check-in and check-out is efficient. They have improved over the years in every department and I hope they continue.

The location is great, the apartment very clean, but a bit expensive for the size, we compare some hotels and it was more expensive the airbnb

The Veeve staff was very communicative with me, always promptly answering my questions before our arrival. Upon arrival great communication continued as they tracked our progress to arrive at the apartment. We were greeted outside the apartment and given all the information we needed to have a great stay. In addition they followed up with us after our first night to make sure all was well. The apartment was first rate and the Veeve staff was excellent!

Everything I could want from a stay in Paris. A dream stay. Veeve made things easy, answered all my questions, and I felt supported during my stay should I need anything.

I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly, and I would like to thank the team for their hospitality. The location of the apartment was excellent.

However, I was a bit annoyed by the excessive amount of required information and the lengthy forms to fill out during check-in. These instructions were quite overwhelming. Additionally, I was surprised when asked for a personal photo; I've never encountered such a request from a hotel before.

Furthermore, the accessibility to the apartment was exhausting as it required climbing 40 flights of stairs, which was not mentioned in the apartment's specifications.

Lastly, the beds were uncomfortable, and the beddings seemed to have changed color due to frequent use

Everything was really perfect just there was too much paperwork, to be honest.

Customer Service Needs Work. We were given the wrong entry code on the information sheet left in the apartment. We didn’t get enough towels to last us a week and we were not supplied an additional fan during 90 degrees temperature week.

Strong customer focus on both sides ( owner and rental).
18 months and no big issue.
Highly recommended for timeless owners.

Veeve was easy to work with. The apartment was beautiful. The company was very proactive and provided a lot of helpful information both before and after we arrived. We had a small issue after we arrived with Wi-Fi and they promptly sent a repair person and then provided Wi-Fi hot spots after learning that the repair couldn’t be done during our stay. Everyone was very helpful.

Excellent Stay! The host was very responsive, check in was very easy and professional. The apartment looked just like the pictures- which was really great!
