Hello Devika and thank you for your review. An item was purchased but the size was out of stock. We informed Devika about the situation and asked if she agreed to wait for the arrival of our next order from the supplier. Customer chose to wait instead of receiving a refund. The order from the supplier took 4 weeks to arrive due to a limited production stock. We are very sorry that this caused a poor performance review. We hope you acknowledge the fact that the delayed arrival of our supplier's order, was not something we could control.
