At first I was a bit unsure as it took over a week to dispatch the item and it was supposed to be for a 60th birthday present so it didn't arrive on time. When it did arrive my mum loved it and it really was beautiful!

I ordered a Swarovski pendant after searching all over Europe and US. Finally found it at Vcrystals. I was a bit nervous because Elta (Greek Postal Service) wouldn’t track the package outside Rodos, so I thought the parcel never left.
Got it in 7 days. The item is beautiful, exactly as advertised and the price very reasonable. Congratulations Antonios, for a customer service second to none.
