Vaya customers cannot access their accounts to manage them
Just left Vaya after several years as I cannot log into my account online to manage it - one of their reps told me that it has been impossible to do so for at least 8 months due to a "small" problem with their website and that their IT people were working on it and hoped to have it fixed soon - not sure how many years this means as it hasn't been fixed in 8 months! ANOTHER ONCE GOOD COMPANY NOW BOUGHT OUT BY ANOTHER AND SERVICE HAS DISAPPEARED.
