Vuelvo a escribir una reseña para seguir contando el caso de NEFASTA atención que me estan dando esta empresa, que ya estoy en serias dudas si es una estafa online.
El paquete aparece perdido desde el 14 de Marzo, y me siguen poniendo de excusa para no devolverme el dinero que hay que esperar hasta que SEUR les confirme que se ha perdido el paquete. Ya no quiero su producto, porque han inclumplido todas los acuerdos aceptados en el momento y las condiciones de compra, y me siguen negando el derecho a la devolución de mi dinero a pesar de llevar casi dos meses de espera.

La entrega de tu pedido se retrasó debido a la posible pérdida del paquete. Te pedimos disculpas.
Realizaste tu pedido el 3 de abril. Según el seguimiento, no hubo más novedades después de que el paquete pasara por la aduana el 22 de abril. Por lo tanto, suponemos que se ha perdido. En este caso, tuvimos que esperar la confirmación de la investigación por parte de la empresa de transporte internacional antes de poder realizarte el reembolso completo. La investigación de paquetes perdidos suele tardar más de un mes.
Para evitar más retrasos, tal como acordamos, te reembolsaremos el dinero el 22 de mayo. Lamentamos nuevamente las molestias ocasionadas.
Poor quality and exhausting return process
My first order from VAXLAMP was actually good, and I was happy with the lamp and the customer service. That is why I decided to order again. Unfortunately, my second experience was completely different.
The quality of the chandeliers I received was very disappointing and did not match my expectations. I spent almost two weeks in endless conversations with customer service, receiving unnecessary offers instead of a clear and fair solution. Returning the lamps became so complicated and frustrating that in the end I simply gave up.
As a result, I lost around 80 euros just to end this stressful situation. I am very disappointed because I expected much better support from the company.
Everything is pleasant while you are buying, but if you are unhappy with the product and want to return it, be prepared for a very difficult process.

Sehr schöne Lampe, die als Blickfang den Raum perfekt ergänzt. Leider waren einige Glaselemente im Gewinde ausgebrochen: vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Ersatz planen.

Customer Service and product quality.
I am sometimes nervous about buying online but I just wanted to take the time to say the following.
The product was as described, arrived on time and was superb quality. So elegant and a focal part of the room.
The customer service was sensational when I required a clarification. I was answered promptly, and my request was even followed up later to check all was well. In this day and age customer service is often overlooked- not with this supplier! I would highly recommend the company and will absolutely be buying again from them.

The slight deformation of the ceiling box caused by transit can be adjusted and restored. We are also willing to send you a brand-new replacement part free of charge.

Zeer goede service van Vaxlamp, maar spijtig dat de verzending met UPS zeer slecht is gegaan! Slechte communicatie,slechte administratie,….! ( douane kosten gingen ze twee keer aanrekenen! Ik kon gelukkig bewijzen dat het al betaald was!)
Plus punt voor Vaxlamp : de douane kosten zijn snel terug betaald!
