The products when they arrived did not look of the quality I expected for the price. The reported savings are certainly fabricated in my opinion. One was particularly cheap looking so I decided to return it then found it would have to be sent to China!

Customer service was prompt but I felt lacked the full explanation of how to return - I was offered a discount and in the end accepted as I couldn't face the hassle of the return.

I wouldn't order from this company again and will stick with brands and companies I know and trust.

I'm and interior designer and my project was to design my clients dressing room. When my client entered the room she gasped in delight and said these words, " This is a show stopper!" She was soooo happy with it.

The lamp is fine but no idea how to access the light bulb if it needed replacing

Vaxlamp had great customer service, which made the lamp purchase very pleasant.

I ordered an Osterich lamp and I crossed my fingers that it would arrive...I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived on time, in perfect order and the quality is fantastic. Once you put it all together the feather top is full and fluffy and the colour was pretty true to what was on the website.
The only thing that had me worried was I didnt receive any tracking info so I wasnt sure if it was going to arrive but it did. Very happy with everything. I will order again from VaxLamp after this experience.

Schöne helle Lampe . Das Anbringen der Lampe war relativ einfach . Der vordere Haltearm senkt sich durch das Gewicht des Lampenschirmes etwas ab wasich eigentlich sehr schade finde .Die Lieferzeit war utopisch fasst 4 Wochen . Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt es wäre eine hohe Interesse an diesen Lampen , dann muss man die Lieferdauer ändern .

Very good products. I have 3 of their lamps for almost 1 year now & I am very happy with them. they also have very good customer service, I had an issue with one of the deliveries & they helped to sort it out & also answered immediately my questions on how to connect the lamp to the remote.

The delivery took approximately a month instead of the predicted delivery date.

The product was of inferior quality - made of cheap plastic. It is going to be returned.

The entire experience was disappointing!

Product information was not accurate, and the overall presentation is clearly designed to mislead customers.
Customer service was extremely unhelpful and slow to respond.

The light was okay, albeit slightly flimsy and easily scuffed, but the main issue was a requirement to return to China. Make sure to fully check the T&C’s when buying from them. You’re likely better finding something similar that can be easily returned in the UK.

The amount of colours to pick from is brilliant and when your lamp arrives it is just like the photos and colour. Easy to assemble and feathers look so stunning it certainly makes your room pop

I have ordered a light on 3rd May and SLA was 2-3 weeks but still 4 weeks completed stil light not received and no one helping to track. there is no customer care to speak.
It's really not acceptable.
