Wrong patch & offer taken back
I customized a jacket on the website. It was almost perfect. When I received it the flag patch was the wrong color. It was supposed to be a red, black & green american flag. There was no white in it from the customized picture on the website. That's the way I wanted it, just the way it looked on the website.
I was sent a replacement patch & told there would be arrangements made with a local tailor to remove the incorrect patch & attach the correct one.
The replacement patch still wasn't right! It had white stars when the stars were supposed to be black. Also I was now told that there would be no arrangements made with a local tailor and I would have to find a way to have the patches switched on my own.
I visited my local tailor and they said they weren't able to do it. The last email I sent regarding this was 2 days ago and it hasn't been answered yet.
I spend approximately $400 on this jacket. I would appreciate if it was done correctly.

Jacket came out perfect
Jacket came out perfect. Prior to receiving the shipment I was extremely worried about the image and color quality as well as the size fitting. My partner opened his gift and immediately fell in love. Once he put it on I was very happy with the fit, the colors are exactly what I customized it to be. The lettering and numerical numbers all came out exactly how I made it. Thank you everyone for your hard work and dedication to completing my order and sending it out as a rush order.

I love the jackets
I love the jackets. I just wished I would’ve done stitch better. Some of it looks a little tacky but I guess that’s my fault. I didn’t review the items the way I should’ve. I live a very busy life, but thank you so much. I really appreciate it. Five stars.

Great communication right away, appeared to be a real person conversing, but then it felt not real over time. Estimated 4 weeks to make and deliver. 8 weeks later I emailed to make sure it was still going well, the next day I received a shipment email. I did have a lot of custom accents so it could have made for a long production piece.
The jacket is beautiful! The embroidery is great, one of my patches came out a little off line but negligible. The leather and wool quality are excellent. I love all the custom elements that I chose and they deliver a great product.

Shipping was pretty good
Shipping was pretty good. Quality of the jacket was good. But the smell once we unpacked the jacket was really strong. We had to hang it in the garage to air out for a few weeks. Not sure why it smelled so funky

In rare cases, some jackets may retain a stronger scent initially, especially when sealed during shipping. This normally airs out naturally once the jacket is hung in an open space.

The customer service was excellent! They responded to my small revisions. The quality of the varsity jacket I designed was superb. The color selection of the leathers and wool for customization was top tier. The AI program allows you to fully create what you want. I will definitely be coming back.

The turn around time set to be a 4 wk turnaround but I think I got the jacket sooner. The fact I could customize this coat was great the quality of the coat is really good ! Looks exactly how I designed it .
