Couldn’t be happier
I’ve never done anything like this before, getting a jacket custom made online & being able to design it myself but I can say varsity base was soooooooooooo nice through the entire process down to my requests & when I told them it was for my graduation shoot they were so understanding about what I wanted & needed! When i got the jacket I was shocked like SHOCKED the quality, the feel & my designs were PERFECT down the patch that they put on the side of my jacket!!! I was so happy & I still am!!! Varsity base thank you!! So appreciative of yall work & quality ❤️

Ok got my second jacket i got to be…
Ok got my second jacket i got to be fair to you guys,you got a good product. Like some people said on here say communication not that greatest and delivery time is a next story by its self.... but i pay all this money which is well over 500$ to have 1 patch out of 7 dull with barley any colour which makes no sense . If you ran out of ink at least refund that and don't put it on. Again I questioning ordering anything which I had a next jacket I was going to place a order. I know you guys could do better hopefully you correct this slight mistake.

On the dull patch: your original artwork contained a gradient, and you chose our embroidery option for the patches. Embroidery uses solid thread colors, so gradients can't be reproduced the way they appear in a digital file — in those cases, our team color-matches as closely as possible using the threads available. It's not an ink issue or a shortcut on our end; it's a limitation of the embroidery process itself.
The good news: we can absolutely reproduce that exact patch — gradient and all — using our digitally printed patch option, which holds full color detail.
Our team will reach out directly to walk you through the options and make this right. Thanks again for the fair review and for trusting us with a second jacket.

My new letter jacket from Varsity Base rocks!
I absolutely love my new letter jacket! The quality and materials used to create my jacket are excellent. I was able to use their AI generator to create a custom patch, which turned out great. I worked with Luke Staben, Donn, and Hannah from their customer satisfaction team. They were not only responsive, but also very helpful with my questions throughout the entire process. I wore my jacket at the Navy lacrosse game and got a ton of compliments. People immediately asked where I got my jacket from. Several of my classmates plan to order similar jackets as well.
