Worst company I’ve ever worked for.
Management treats drivers like they’re completely disposable, with no respect or empathy. You’re expected to do everything for them, but the moment you can’t, they’ll happily throw you under the bus.
The van rental is ridiculously expensive, yet they’ll still immobilise the van if it suits them. It feels like they’re taking money from you at every opportunity, and getting a consistent five-day week is almost impossible, making it hard to earn a decent living.
If you want to be treated like a human being, work somewhere else.

We're sorry to hear that this was your perception of your time working with VANR.
As an independent self-employed delivery associate, you were free to choose whether to continue working with us at any time. You worked with VANR from late 2025 until recently, which we believe reflects that the arrangement worked for you over an extended period.
Regarding the availability of work, we have consistently had routes available for drivers who wish to work and who meet the required delivery performance and compliance standards. You were typically working only 2–3 days per week while renting one of our vans. We explained that our rental vehicles are intended for drivers working at least four days per week. If you preferred to work fewer days with complete flexibility, you were welcome to use your own vehicle instead.
We also reject the suggestion that drivers are treated without respect. We strive to treat everyone fairly while applying the same operational standards to all drivers. Any decisions regarding company vehicles are made in accordance with our rental terms and operational requirements, not arbitrarily.
We appreciate all feedback, but we also believe it's important that reviews present a balanced and accurate account of the working arrangement.
