No hidden fees and no sudden price jumps during rush hour,this is a good app

This is not an isolated incident, inDrive drivers show a troubling lack of customer care, accountability, and basic human etiquette. We left prescription glasses in a ride from Salt River to St Agnes Church. The driver has not denied having them but refuses to return them,she been stalling at one point saying if we don't address her by name she will not assist. Support has been unresponsive, leaving us without resolution. It’s unacceptable to be treated this way over something as essential as prescription glasses

Convenient for daily trips like I see different driver offers and pick the one that works for me. No surprise surge pricing just straightforward fare suggestions

Was recently in Morocco and tried to use Indrive there and it's soo gamble. So basically it suggests the price, you accept the driver with his offer and next minute the driver calls you and saying double the price....To be honest this is a bit crazy. Eventually I had to simply get the basic taxi, because every single time I want to order premium car, the driver called me and doubled the price. To my understanding app is built to give you an offer and you accept or not during the taxis driver acceptance, what is the point to get price doubled after you give your offer. Anyway just be aware the worst app in Morocco.

Reported lost item, support gave me driver's number, called the driver and he was rude and sent me threatening texts. Support promised me a call but I received a call from a number that is not linked to indriver, suggesting I bribe the driver to return my belongings

Needed a 4am pickup and no driver would accept. I had to double the price and got offers within minutes, driver showed up on time

Really good app with few small issues. The biggest advantage is transpalency..I see where I'm going and how much I'll make before I accept.That's something other apps don't offer.The 1% commission in purple zones makes a real difference in my weekly take home. The sea oil fuel discount is also a nice perk.My only complaints are that the app can be slow sometimes, especially during peak hours, and cash-only is a bit inconvenient

Been driving with indrive for about 4 months now.the ability to choose which rides to take and negotiate the price upfront is a huge plus.fuel discounts at seaoil help with expenses,and i appreciate thay they cover senior and PWD discounts instead of taking it out of my earnings.the app works well most of the time,though ive had occasional glitches when trying to accept a ride.support is responsive but could be faster.Overall,it's a solid platform and treats drivers better than most alternatives

Fuel prices increase but fare very low day by day..very bad

I requested a ride as per usual, the only mistake I made this time was adding my card as a form of payment. A driver by the name of Jabuxani who drives a bronze Toyota Corolla FH47WWGP picked up the ride and ended it before I even went outside to wait for him. At that very moment my money was deducted without any services rendered. Their in App support is useless and in order to chat to an actual human one has to mention police in order to be taken seriously.

Ho prenotato un trasferimento in Egitto city by city dove il prezzo proposto era 435 pounds. Il driver invece ha voluto 20 euro, che corrispondono a oltre 1200 pounds. Per non rischiare di perdere il bus, ho dovuto accettare, sperando di poter fare una recensione negativa. Invece il driver ha potuto cancellare la corsa dichiarando di non aver ricevuto il denaro. Vi consiglio di non utilizzare inDrive perché non siete tutelati ed è deplorevole realizzare che i furbi e i disonesti hanno la meglio.

Pretty solid app overall. I like that I can see the destination and set my own price, that alone makes it better than most 1 % commission in purple zones is a nice bonus .sometimes the app lags s bit, but overall it’s reliable. Would recommend to other drivers

The app works,but there are some issues.the interface is a bit laggy sometimes,and during peak hours it can take a while to get a ride accepted.the 1%commission in purple zones is nice,but outside those areas it's not much different from other apps.overall decent,but room for improvement

Been driving indrive for a few months now. I like that I can see the destination and set my own price ... that's definitely better than most apps .but there are downsides. The app crashes occasionally, especially when I'm trying to accept a ride.Also , the cash-only system is inconvenient sometimes, both for me and passengers .support replies but it's usually slow. It's a solid alternative, but not perfect

The app glitched and charged me twice for the same ride. Support was just an autoreply for a whole week.would be nice if they had real people.

We kindly request that you review and increase the fares to ensure fair earnings for drivers. This adjustment is essential to maintain driver satisfaction and service quality.
Please note that if this issue is not addressed promptly, more than 200 InDrive driver group members are considering taking legal action and approaching the court to resolve this matter.
We hope you will take this concern seriously and take immediate steps to support your driver community.

This morning I ordered a ride,the driver accepted it but then sat in the same spot for 20 minutes .I called him he just said "cancel it" and hung up .support replied only after an hour and it was some generic template .overall I use the app ,but when things like this happen,it just makes you give up
