This used to be a pretty good site. However, over the last month or so, they changed the site appearance and also did some weird thing so that I simply cannot qualify for any surveys I attempt.
Every time I try to complete a survey, I get the following message: "You're a better fit elsewhere, try another survey".
So I do, but get the same message over and over.
I you're unhappy with me, suspend my account - an explanation why would be nice, but don't send me this crap everyday, along with the promotional emails.
It's like this company has changed management, or something.
Waste of time and effort.

this is the worst site ....do not register. I accumulated over 15,000 points and they suspended my account, so they don't have to honor it. I wrote to them over 15 times but only received automated message saying they are still investigating it. It's been over a month and still not resolved. it's just a waste of time to do the surveys but when time comes to honor them, they won't respond to your emails.

Terrible. Tried twice to do different survey, finish it and get 404 error and it logs me out. Either that or I’m kicked out of a survey. I don’t know how people are getting anywhere with this site.

Overall, I am pleased to say that my experience with Opinion World in NZ has been an great and excellent survey with promising rewards, however to keep in mind it does take patience and time along with making sure that honest opinions are always being given and overtime you will eventually get surveys and earn rewards, just keep on waiting!

I had been completing surveys for several months in good faith with this platform, until out of the blue, they suspended my account. I have no idea why, and they refused to tell me how or provide evidence that I've breached their terms. Frustratingly, I had $40 worth of unclaimed rewards when the account was closed.

There contact terms basically state they can cancel your account at any time, and you forfeit your right to any rewards. This is illegal under the NZ Fair Trading Act, specifically the section that prevents unfair contract conditions. I've written them a formal complaint detailing how and why they are on the wrong side of NZ law. I don't expect any success to be honest, given they are a US based company. I do intend to report them to the Commerce Commission, however, and I encourage anyone else who's had a negative experience with them to do so to, whilst they are US-based, they operate a .co.nz website and trade here, so they are bound by our laws if they wish to continue to do so.

I need helps from real human, but this company does not have one.

Hardly meet any survey criteria, took months for account to be verified to be able to redeem a reward. Bad customer service. Absolutely not worth it...

I find opinion world is a great survey platform and the quick reply to a technical issue is fast and resolved easy.

I spent a lot of time doing reviews for this site. I go to claim my rewards and I am faced with a verification process I am told would take around 72 hours. It has been a week now and I still cannot claim my rewards due to not being verified.

Standard apps and sites take only 1 hour maximum to be verified, why does this take so long?

Attempting to contact customer support to get the issue resolved and I am met with automated responses offering no help. I do not reccomend this site and I suggest you try another one.

I have been with opinion world for a very long time. Back then they were great. Plenty of surveys to do, clear requirements and very quick payouts. Now, there are little to no surveys and a new offer wall with very low payouts. Has opinion world changed ownership?

I am unable to redeem rewards. I have done everything the help feature suggests, have emailed a screenshot of the error message and get back a reply that tells me to perform exactly the same things again and send a screenshot. I have been trying for weeks now, waiting 72 hours as instructed, then trying clearing cache etc. Have contacted help three times. Sooo frustrating. I don't feel I should complete any more surveys until I am sure i can redeem my points.

I started getting emails from them a few days ago asking me to activate my account.
I never made an account, never visited their site, never had anything to do with them.

I have been with this survey panel for more then two years. Hats off to their Customer Service team and Rewards are paid efficiently and fast.
I will recommend to any one who want to keep themself busy during they free time and make some cash.

Tried to collect $20 voucher. Had trouble logging in. They said i needed to get verified so I scanned my passport and took a selfie We exchanged emails and i uploaded a copy of my nz passport. They replied i failed verification and permanently suspended my account. Avoid them.

I have never had an issue with Opinion World. I get use paypal to get paid. It's there pretty much straight away. I've only had to contact customer support once, and got my issue sorted. I've been doing surveys for at least 6 months

great site easy to use

I completed heaps of surveys on this platform and tried to redeem 1000 points into PayPal and it wouldn't let me verify my PayPal account. I tried then to redeem Uber vouchers, again they wouldn't verify my Driver's License. Now they have my identity details - I'm afraid my ID will be used elsewhere for illegal stuff.

Now that i got the points i need to wait 72hours for a review before i can claim.

i can see this working out and its very helpful for a person like me
