UUByte Anmeldelser

Pretty straight forward and useful app. The support is pretty quick as well. It could use a better german translation, but the app is understandable as is.

I bought a wrong license key of UUByte ISO Editor and the support team sent me a new key for registration. After that, I managed to make a bootable Windows 10 installation USB on my MacBook Air to fix my broken PC. Really great product for average users. I don't like the command line staff even I am using a Mac.

Paid for software, got email with registration code but code would not work, it cannot be copy & pasted onto registration form so spent ages typing code in several times. The code is 32 digits long, upper & lower but same response every time "contact support" What a joke!! of course no response from "support"
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY ON THIS RUBBISH.
I have taken up a dispute with paypal to get my money back.

My experience is with the Mac version on Monterey. The app was easy to install, easy to navigate, and easy to burn the bootable ISO.

I've discovered that UUBYTEISOEditor does burn a bootable DVD, but not a USB on Monterey. The USB burn was successful on the version prior to Monterey.
The folks at UUBYTEISOEditor said they are working on a fix for Monterey USB burns.

When I was on Monterey, I could burn a bootable CD but not USB. Now that I have upgraded to MacOS Ventura I can neither burn a bootable CD nor a USB.

Good and simple app. I needed to create an installation USB drive for my desktop Windows 10 LTSC on my MacBook Pro and this app was no problem.

Unfortunately, due to hard disk failure I can't boot in windows 11. So I planned to create a windows 11 bootable USB on my MacBook Pro that I got recently. However, I don't know how to do this on a Mac.
Then I watched videos on YouTube about making a windows 11 bootable USB and found uubye iso editor. I followed the instructions on its website and
the Windows 11 bootable USB was created successfully within 10 minutes. After that I managed to install Windows 11 easily on my Mac.
In short, you could not be able to find any app that is better than UUByte ISO Editor for making Windows bootable USB on Mac! That is my conclusion after hours of researching on this topic!

This is malware. Misrepresents itself as a freeware, but requires a license once you attempt to use the software. Not possible to uninstall using conventional methods once installed. Network monitor/firewall indicated unauthorized traffic generated by application after installation.

Junk. It took several hours to get the program to accept my registration key, the after wasting more time I'm still unable to create a function ISO file to salvage my PC. Not recommended and a waste of $40.

Was hunting around trying to find a solution that worked easily and simply for a friends son. Working long distance and he not that technically minded in his young age this was the perfect tool to create a USB installer and make life much easier trying to get a junk yard PC going again. Great tool, super easy to use and did exactly what we needed. Created a bootable USB installer for Windows 7 and as well as Windows 10 completely hassle free!

The app works flawlessly on Mac. Great super fast support. Highly recommend!

I needed to create a custom ISO of Windows 11 to install on my Intel Mac mini using Boot Camp. UUByte was the ideal tool for this job, where others fell short. After collating the proper files, UUByte allowed me to create a bootable ISO that was able to bypass both Apple's Boot Camp checks, as well as Microsoft's TPM restrictions, thus allowing me run Windows 11 natively, despite not being officially supported. UUByte is a quality utility, created by a great developer. Recommended.

I had a slight issue installing this product but found it was my error. When I got the product to work, it did just what I wanted to be done. I was able to create a Win 10 boot disk on my Mac. Great customer service. Thanks again for this great product.

Downloaded this app so I can create a bootable USB drive for my old mac. I was having issues with the High Sierra version downloaded on the Mac website. I contacted support and they sent me a more compatible version the same day. I burned that version to my drive and restored it on my old mac and was back up and running with no problems.

Disregard the bad reviews, this product works great their support team is extremely helpful.

Really Great app.

It does all you need and even more. Worth the money and customer service actually helps out. I experienced an issue and it was resolved promptly.

Worked well - wish I had found the app before stating the install process. Good little app

Great program for working with ISO files in Mac OS. It's simple, it works well - I recommend.
The technical department is extremely helpful and helps in case of problems.

Dodgy software. Claimed to be free then once installed, says you need to pay to use the features. Now cant uninstall the software as it says the uninstaller is not compatible with the version installed.

I had to reinstall my os and forgot to unregister uubyteisoeditor. I contacted support and they were great. Thanks for helping me out.

I have an iMac and wanted to create a USB boot stick for installing Linux on a Lenovo laptop which has more than a TB drive but is useless since the system crashed with Windows on it. I found UUByte very useful but initially I had problems since I did not know that I had to set the Mac (System Preferences-->General) settings to Light since I had it on Dark. Only after support (who were very prompt in responding to my emails, kudos to them) mentioned this did it start working really well.
I was able to burn the USB stick fairly easily with the Linux ISO file and setup the OS on my Lenovo laptop.
I am impressed by the simplicity of the product and more so with the customer service and the very quick turnaround time for their responses.

I recently purchased UUByte to extract an old Windows 10 Enterprise ISO file on my newer laptop which has no CD drive. I had read reviews that it was the best software out there for working with ISO files, and I am pleased that I purchased it.

The software is very intuitive, and I was able to re-install Windows 10 Enterprise very easily after using UUByte to extracts the files onto my other PC. They also have an outstanding support center should you have any questios.

I highly recommend this software!
