I had to restore El Capitan to a 2009 mac book pro and Apple threw every wrench in my plan. Finally I contacted UUByte support and they helped me and restored my father's laptop.

First of all , I don't even know how to begin this . I am so thankful for the very quick and prompt response when I purchased , I made the wrong choice as I needed the UU Byte ISO Editor but instead clicked on the DMG Editor. Long story short, I reached out to the sales support and within just maybe an hour , there was a response .This is the first time I am making a bootable usb and UU BYTE , did not disappoint for being a rookie like myself .I have Mac OS M2 . I needed Windows 11 for my other pc. It was very smooth process , hands down! Tested my bootable USB and ,Voila! Windows !! came on and installed without any problem. I would say, UU Byte ISO Editor made it happen for me :) Thank you all so much, to all the staff and creator of this app.You guys , ROCK!!!

Needed an USB Installer for a old Imac for a customer, So downloaded DMG Editor. After installation USB failed to boot, contacting Customer service they responded real fast and offered great support even due the Time Difference ( From Europe). After all i was able to create a Bootable USB for the Imac and worked out great.

This company has predatory software licensing policies with an aggressive no refund policy. My experience is with the "BitLocker Geeker" product. It can be downloaded for free, but to actually read / mount a "BitLocker" encrypted drive made in Windows, you are required to go behind the paywall to access that feature. Once you pay for the product you can kiss your money goodbye even if the product doesn't work for you. The customer support to attempt to troubleshot is extremely vague. I made an attempt to get a refund because the development team was going to have to fix the product with an unknown timeline and I was ghosted, I made multiple attempts to reach customer support for a status update on my refund and got no replies from the company.

After purchasing the DMG Editor the support helped me instantly, even on Sunday, to solve a problem that I had caused.
Finally it worked.

Sadly, Mac lacks a graphical tool to "burn" an ISO to a USB. UUByte does an amazing job. This is the Rufus for the Mac.

UUByte ISO Generator literally saved my life as chances to create a Windows USB stick for installation are very limited when you sit in front of a macOS machine. Glad that I found it and that the tutorial the company provides led me through to do the right steps. Thumbs up!

The app works well, I have a Mac PC and my potable HD was formatted with password on my work Windows based PC. Couldn’t open my portable HD until I used BitLocker app.

Did what I needed pronto! After going mad trying so many other methods I gave up and gor a license for UUByte ISO burner, and I wish I had done that immediately when I started trying :) Only downside it doesn't work with dark mode of the OS (macOS)

I had issues at first burning a bootable windows USB from my Mac but support was able to walk me through some troubleshooting steps and it wasn’t the program at all! The ISO I was using was corrupt! Downloaded a fresh Windows ISO and the program worked as intended. Support was good!

Great app for macOS to create Win Boot drives and then some!

Dont make the mistake.
Doesnt uninstall and does not let you write or mount disc images.

I had to make about 5 different ISO USB bootable drives for my home lab and each ISO burned had NO issues. They all worked right and booted with no issues I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Worked well to reinstall software to a pc when I only had a Mac to download it to.
Downloaded the software and at first I couldn't get it to work but after emailing their support, they helped me out (twice) and everything worked really well. Support was very helpful and quick to respond.
