My Personal Experience
This review is several months late because I thought I would need to create a special Trust Pilot account, and it gradually got buried at the bottom of my to-do list. All the same, I have permanently ended my plan with iDental of United Concordia. Your service has proven dishonest. About 17 months ago, I had a dentist's appointment. When I arrived, I found they discontinued accepting iDental, and I went home without service having wasted a trip. That I could tolerate. I could put the blame on the individual dentist for doing a poor job of notifying me. What happened the following time is a different story. This time, I had called in advance shortly before my appointment to confirm iDental was still accepted (at the new dentist) and it was confirmed on the phone. Beyond that, there were exactly 10 dentists on your website shown to accept the plan at the address I went to (1329 E Tennessee St, Tallahassee, FL 32308). Of course, when I get there, I am told my plan is not accepted by any of the dentists actually at that location, and my plan expired a few days later with me being unable to make other arrangements in time. That's two wasted trips and a whole year of my plan wasted.
I had contacted support about this, and they didn't even have the decency to respond. However, there was never any hesitation for your company to pester me with offers of promotional "discounts".
