Firstly we are very pleased with our new floor, the product seems to be of good quality and was laid well.
What you can work on is communication, on the day of measurement no one arrived within an hour of our time slot so I called the store to be told he couldn’t leave as a colleague was stuck in traffic subsequently holding him up, so why wasn’t I called to advise this? I then went to shop to pay deposit and booked for fitting. On day of fitting no issues until fitter wanted payment, I assumed I paid shop once happy with fitting and finish, never ever was it mentioned that fitter needed payment on the day, thankfully he was happy with bank transfer.
This is basic that we should not be criticising you for.

No pressure and skilled staff
Really great staff, not pushy or following us around, allowing us to look around and ask questions when needed.
Helped us with our choices and quickly got us all sorted out.
I believe the fitters were subcontracted, and although one spent pretty much the entire time on his phone and all scrap/off cuts were left around the place, they did a very good job of fitting and a few months on I'm still happy with the job done and the price.
I got this place recommended and I can see why, knowledge, experience, price, speed and a no pressure environment.

Rob and Danny were fantastic
Rob and Danny were fantastic! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a very welcoming vibe from both staff members. We were able to walk around with-out any hassle and when we needed help Rob was sublime with all the workings out with our measurements/dimensions. We told Rob what we were looking for and he helped us find the most PERFECT carpets. Danny was also incredibly helpful regarding fittings and getting it booked in for us. We are incredibly happy with our visit. ALSO we were able to tick off another purchase we needed with a mattress with more help in finding the best one. Such a great store with great staff. Fantastic Service
The staff in the store were very friendly and helpful.
They gave advice on what would be a suitable purchase.
They were very efficient in coming out measuring the area and arranged fitting.

I think there was a little more mess than expected but more than this, the strange place a join was located on the upstairs landing I believe may lead to future issues.
