Will was our fitter, he arrived early and stayed late into the evening to get the job done. He did a fantastic job on fitting our IKEA wardrobes in our loft that needed to be reduced in height. The only issue we had was one of the end doors clashed with a radiator and we couldn't open the drawers inside. We didn't discovered this until they left, it would have been easily fixed by changing the door configuration or the carcas before it was fixed in place. It was our planning but I am sure Will could have easily suggested this to us as he is clearly a very competent fitter. Overall we would definitely recommend, just a pointer for future customers.

Denver and Matt, did a fabulous job on our wardrobes. the finish is excellent and they went above and beyond in the service they provide. Their work ethic is amazing and arrived with us after working till 3am the previous day so their commitment to their customers is first class. However, as has been mentioned before the planning side of the operation lets them down a little as our dates moved a couple of times and to be fair they do keep you informed so no fault on that side but do expect the date given might be a little flexible. That said i highly recommend them as they do create amazing projects and lift Ikea furniture to the next level. We have another project which we are planning in the new year and we will definitely use Denver and the team at Unflatpack.

Our fitter Kyle was absolutely excellent. I can't say enough praise how good the service he provided was. We went for a premium finish and the result is superb.

The communication with the office was shocking. We almost booked another company as it was impossible to get through (partially due to the incorrect telephone number on emails) and emails were unanswered.

Initially we were told the work will take 2 days to complete but in the end was nearly 4. Then the fitter got ill and we had to reschedule, which was not ideal as we had visitor in the house.

I wish we had more direction from Anthony around the measurements as we ended buying incorrect size wardrobes.

Will did a brilliant job fitting a whole wall of wardrobes in our old Victorian house. Despite problems with a sloping floor and a sloping ceiling Matt worked out a solution and completed an excellent job

Denver and his team did an excellent job on our ikea flatpack installation. We needed a wardrobe that was reduced in depth to fit a narrow space and they did an excellent job in doing so and you wouldn't tell that it's been custom installed.

Denver and his team were really polite and professional. They worked very hard to leave us with an excellent finish and their workmanship was outstanding. I would recommend them thoroughly.

We are very pleased with the service by Unflatpack. The whole experience was very pleasant from the start to the end. We couldn't be happier with the finish. Our wardrobe looks much better than the previously fitted wardrobe which was from an expensive and leading brand. Our designer Kyle Hastilow was so good that he did a much better job than expected. We haven't started using the wardrobe yet but an amazing job done. Many thanks to our designer and the Unflatpack team.

We are over the moon with our new wardrobes! Our first design call was booked in very efficiently after our online enquiry. We spoke to Anthony, who was very professional and thorough and this really helped to boost our confidence in this company. We then liaised with Denver to confirm some of the details, who was equally as helpful and suggested additional solutions to work around some plugpoints we didn't want to lose.

We had to have our fit postponed by a week due to staff sickness but compared to the lead time that other companies offer on fitting, this was still pretty speedy so this didn't bother us.

Regarding communication with the office, although often there wasn't someone to answer the phone, we had all our queries answered by email. And they provide you with the fitter's mobile number so you can get in touch directly about any logistical queries before the day of the fit.

On the day of the fit, Cosmin's work ethic was fantastic. His eye for detail was excellent and it means we've ended up with beautiful looking wardrobes that truly look fitted, for a much better price than you would pay for 'bespoke fitted wardrobes'. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

Denver and the team travelled across the country to come and fit a series of IKEA wardrobes in our master bedroom.

They did a fantastic job, really happy with the result, and would really recommend to anyone - far more economical than any of the fitted furniture companies out there!

Our fitter Kyle was amazing he was on time really polite and did a great job. My reduction of 1 star is due to the
Office. They responded well to emails and the called booked in were helpful but due to the small space I ended up having to speak to 3 different people and getting 3 different answers and they kept talking to me about doors which I’d always told them I wasn’t having! which made me worry in the lead up to the fit. One guy I spoke to spent most of it trying to up sell the premium service (£350 + the extra stuff from ikea) and didn’t mention the fitter would need more space than the room allowed meaning there poor guy had to cut the stuff outside and spent a lot of time up and down the stairs and lucky it wasn’t raining!

I would 100% recommend them again as I’m very pleased with the outcome just the communication with the office could’ve been better!

The final product is excellent! and because of this, I have reluctantly put 4 instead of 5. The end product's quality is just as good as a customer-made wardrobe. We went for the premium service, and we are really pleased.

The company used their great experience to provide advice on what works well and what doesn't, e.g., going elsewhere for handles or position of the handles.

The fitter was polite and punctual. By going the extra mile as well, by fixing an issue with the bed.

The only issue was contact with the office. I would advise an office number be redirected to a mobile phone or a WhatsApp message be created for the company to allow them to resolve issues quicker. Our original fitter was ill and therefore needed a replacement. However, it was several hours before the office was in touch to acknowledge and resolve the issue. However, once contact was made, the matter was resolved.

Arrived and was very professional, liased with me through out.
I was able to come see if I was happy as the work progressed. I will use them again if needed.
But my only gripe is that the base foot wasn't attached,hopefully somebody can come back and put them on because the bottom of the cupboard will damage sooner.

Our experience of Unflatpack was excellent throughout.
The response to our initial enquiry was swift, the later consultation was thorough and all of our questions were addressed. Suggestions were discussed and our designs were adapted until we arrived at the ideal solution for our spaces.
Although it was difficult to contact the office by phone, our emails were always responded to very quickly and effectively.
Our fitter was Alex Ion and he was brilliant! From his demeanor and communication, to his craftsmanship, he was an excellent ambassador for Unflatpack.
We've usually opted to purchase fitted furniture and wardrobes from more well-known companies but were recently quite shocked by the high prices that they quoted for solutions that did not meet our requirements. Working with Unflatpack has meant that we now have custom fully fitted wardrobes that completely satisfy our storage needs.
We have already recommended Unflatpack to friends and would unreservedly recommend them wider.
We'll certainly be using their services again ourselves!

A fantastic service that is somewhat let down by the office.

I want to start by praising Alex who came to fit our wardrobes. He is a skilled craftsman and his talent and passion is evident in his work. My partner and I were equally impressed with Alex’s demeanour. He was polite and empathetic and handled a mix-up with a considered and pragmatic outlook. We also appreciate his dedication to finishing the job - he kindly returned on his day off so that the work would be promptly completed.

The only issue is that the office have been difficult to communicate with. Their phone doesn’t seem to be manned which makes it difficult to resolve issues. On our day of installation, it appeared that Alex had been double booked (again, I praise how he handled this situation). The service would have been greatly improved if the office had been in touch to explain the situation to us. Another issue arose when we had been invoiced for standard fitting when we wanted the premium look service meaning we had an unexpected bill to pay. This also put Alex in a difficult situation having to liaise between ourselves and the office.

Overall, we are very happy with the finished product and would give Alex a 5* review for his excellent work. Unfortunately, the chaotic approach from the office caused unnecessary anxiety and needs to be addressed.

Couldn't recommend unflatpack more! The whole process was really helpful and informative from the initial consultation and throughout installation. We are so so pleased with the end product which has transformed the storage in our flat - looking so professional and seamless!
Kyle was fantastic - he was super friendly, responsive, clean and efficient. The units look fantastic and better yet they were up in no time.

Our experience with Unflatpack was great. We had all our questions answered on the design call and it was clear the company are experienced and trustworthy. We went ahead and booked in for a wardrobe installation and our installer, Kyle was amazing. He was responsive leading up to the day and was promptly on time that morning. He was friendly, efficient and considerate. He took great care in his approach, had fantastic attention to detail, and left everything very tidy. We are so impressed with our wardrobe installation and would highly recommend Unflatpack to anyone looking for a built-in look without the crazy price of a custom build.

Mike was absolutely fantastic, professonal, knowledgeable, creative and friendly!

He worked really hard over the 2 days to build our wardrobes, taking care of our freshly painted bedroom!
