They have a blanket rule that they don’t reimburse any external costs, which also applies if they get it wrong - we were sent the wrong size doors and frames and the job had to stop. We’d set a bank holiday weekend aside

Customer services rectified it pretty quickly, however we were off on a two week holiday a few days later, so it was delivered after our holiday and house left in total chaos.

The fit is complete and no matter how you adjust the hinges, the doors are not straight which indicates that they are cut slightly off.

Such a shame. If I could go back and go with another company I would.

Their delivery drivers are amazing though, and Ellie and Aleksandra in customer services were great at sorting the problem. Just seems that there are production problems.

The product received was very good quality and very pleased with the final assembled product. I liked that there was a good choice of colours and variation on the website to choose from. The timeline and delivery time was well communicated throughout the order.

Fabulous company. Excellent customer service. We changed our Media Wall Unit to be more ‘bespoke’ for our needs and the designer Richard was accommodating , friendly and extremely helpful - as were every staff member we spoke to. This includes the delivery driver!

The furniture quality was excellent, as was the customer service.

The whole experience, from the initial design through to the self-build and final finish, was excellent. Working with the design team was such a positive experience — they really listened to what we wanted, took the time to make sure we were happy at every stage, and made thoughtful changes where needed.

The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the build straightforward, and the end result is fantastic!

We were also really impressed with the quality check service. A few issues with our order were identified and rectified before delivery, which gave us real confidence in the process. It’s great to see a company that takes this much care and pride in getting things right.

I was looking for a media wall with a fireplace and some of the quotes I got were ridiculous which is when I found the Online-Bedrooms. The fireplace media walls they offer was exactly what I was looking for. They were even happy to slightly amend the dimensions and add a couple of extra features. It came out looking great, I would definitely recommend and would use again!

Great sales team with good advice on what to go for. The product itself is very good quality. However, the instructions are a bit lacking so probably only for the really confident DIYer as I had to work out a fair bit myself. Product came out great in the end.

Sold build for a floating media wall with bookshelves, but instructions are not as straight forward as they should be. They are general instructions. Whilst the support by phone helped a lot it should need to be like that.

We also had missing parts for our book shelves but they were shipped promptly.

Whilst I appreciate these can be bespoke builds, instructions for them should be easy enough to print and send through the design process.

Overall we are happy but it was not a straight forward build and some adjustments were needed.

Purchased a media unit which I have now fitted.Finished product exceeds my expectation.The process from design to delivery was made easy by the professionalism and patience of designer Jonathan,he really is a credit to the Company.

I used this company as I wanted a media wall but I specifically wanted a blue one which wasn't in their catalogue. I reached out to discuss what I wanted and there were other colours available including blue so that was perfect. I worked with the designer Richard Ferrari who guided me through all the options and helped me create my perfect media wall with a built in, hidden desk.

The media wall itself seems solid and good quality and looks great. I am really pleased with the product and the service and would recommend to others.

We recently ordered some furniture and the service was NOT good!!!
We paid a guy to fit the furniture for us, the day after delivery, however fixings were missing from boxes and our contractor went to local shops to purchase these, except some parts that we could not get hold of. I was told that i should have left it a couple of days to check that I had everything... there were over 20 boxes. I expect that everything should arrive and not to be told how to arrange my time. Eventually, they agreed to send the parts.... Not the best experience

I asked for some form of compensation as our guy needs to come back to fit the item (and would charge for this) that could not be done and was told NO!!!!!

I can highly recommend online bedrooms. We purchased a media unit, and the ordering process was very straightforward. We had a consultation meeting with Jamie, who was very helpful and supportive when I wanted to make a few changes to the standard unit. Delivery was quick and we were kept informed at every stage.
It did take a while to construct ourselves, but the quality is excellent and we are delighted with the finished product. Such good value compared to others we looked at 😊

Ordered a media wall from this company and couldn’t be more happier with the delivery and a wonderful outcome it looks absolutely beautiful

We loved the media unit and quality, but we are 3 weeks into receiving it and we still keep getting damaged panels. The company doesn’t want to offer any form of compensation for all the inconvenience and stress they have caused. Will never be recommending or using this company again which is a shame

Hassle free from ordering to delivery….. excellent communication and great value product…. Delivered on time. The only problem I had was the doors for the units would be delivered two days later. This wasn’t an issue as they were the last part needed. Again delivered as communicated….

Great customer support from the design stage through to completion of the assembly of the unit

Unsure at first about ordering online but all went well thanks to a very helpful customer service. I ordered on promotion deadline day choosing a colour before receiving the samples I ordered. When the sample did not match the online photos, I was able to change the order without any problems. The delivery charge was expensive but the friendly driver was very helpful in making sure all parts( flat packed) were accounted for. I received follow up communication from the company to make sure I was satisfied. Assembly was straight forward but laborious. Quality good and very pleased with end result.
