Had a great experience from the get go! After submitting my details and what I wanted I had a personal video call from someone on the team to talk me through my design and any alterations, plus other options available. I was then booked in with Alfie who was very professional and a self described perfectionist, who fitted the wardrobes perfectly. Very happy with the end result and the process from start to finish was very straightforward. Would definitely use Unflatpack again for any future furniture needs!

Really helpful and efficient during the planning stages. Our fitter was also brilliant! Really impressed with the service and will be using them again in the future for sure!

Amazing work by the team at Unflatpack. The initial consults with Kasia were really helpful in getting the design and ikea order right, and Lee and Edward on the day were amazingly efficient and super tidy with all the packaging and cleaning the dust as they went.

Brilliant service! From Harrison in head office helping with the design, to Lee and Will fitting the wardrobes - they were so quick to book in the service, and then to build the wardrobes. Lee and will were very helpful and the wardrobes are exactly what we wanted - for much less than it would cost elsewhere.

We’ve had two sets of wardrobes fitted by Unflatpack, the first 4 years ago by Denver and the second more recently by Cosmin and couldn’t be happier. They have lasted so well, look amazing and fitted perfectly. Above all this company provide incredible customer service.

I asked for Denver to fit our second set of wardrobes given how happy I was with the first, due to an injury he was unable to do this at short notice (a few days before). I was hesitant to have another fitter but within 30 mins Denver arranged for Cosmin take over. Cosmin is a machine! He didn’t break all day, got on with the job with minimal disturbance, was incredibly professional and above all the job was finished to just the same high standard as the first set of wardrobes that we had. My understanding is that Denver and Cosmin originally started Unflatpacked together although Cosmin now runs his own company. Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough!

We wanted to have wardrobes fitted to avoid gaps and dust and make them look really smart. We knew it was possible to adapt PAX, but it was outside our skillset so were pleased to find Unflatpack.

We felt our job was quite straight forward but planning calls finalised the details and clarified how it worked, as well as extra bits we needed to order from IKEA. While we wondered if overall it was expensive for the installation + the Ikea costs, we couldn't be happier with the final product. So it was worth it.

The installation was very efficient (thanks Lee), professional, and they look like a million bucks. We have proper, smart, sturdy wardrobes in two rooms now, and without the lead time of fully fitted robes that don't use Ikea PAX as a base. Much nicer than just having an Ikea wardrobe in a room.

So pleased I found Unflatpack to help me realise the wardrobe of my dreams, but at a fraction of the cost. I found the process to be relatively straightforward and Kasia was brilliant at answering questions throughout the design and ordering stages. Lee was a demon carpenter - fast, focused and charming. The wardrobe is gorgeous, strong and spacious. One small regret I have is that we didn’t spend more time agreeing how high the clothes rail should be (didn’t see that coming). I would recommend Unflatpack wholeheartedly!

This is my first time using unflatpack and my experience has been very positive throughout, from design, quotation and wardrobe assembly. The team is professional, approachable and thoughtful. I would recommend this to everyone.

Had a great experience with Unflatpack from start to finish. Kasia was very helpful and sent across a design and quote very quickly. I had a very tricky space and they worked very hard to ensure everything fit perfectly with an excellent end result. Will was brilliant at the installation - very professional and thorough, staying late and returning again to ensure it was all complete. I'm very happy with the end result.

Highly organized and efficient company, excellent advice and checking on components pre-build, great build team and our thanks particularly to Alfie for working so hard and turning out a top job in the planned time. We would definitely recommend Unflatpack and would use them again.

The design consultation process with Anthony was very helpful. The team took time to understand our needs well and were patient with changes.

The installation is key and Alfie, the installer was just great. While they initially estimated a 2 day job, it eventually took 3 days because of some additional detail. But Alfie did not hurry through the process and took time to get everything right, and worked through the job including on the Saturday, until he (and we) were satisfied with the final finish. Highly recommend these guys.

A brilliant service! Denver was very helpful, suggesting a slightly different layout than planned that worked really well. He also took extra care when building the cupboards in to match the wood grain.

Excellent communication and very responsive, when the original team couldn't come due to injury, Denver and Jake stepped in and worked over the weekend to install our wardrobes. They were fast and efficient and lovely to have in the house. Customer service was excellent in the run up to the installation. Very happy.
