Costumer Service stopped responding without providing a solution.
I made an order recently but one of the products, a harness, had loose stitching. I tried to contact their service and, while they were not super fast responding they at least answered and gave some options. They forwarded my images to their agent and he confirmed that it looked like loose stitching. Their last message was that they offered a replacement with a free return label for the faulty product. I answered them that I accepted that solution and asked how would it work. Since then, two weeks ago, radio silence. Not a single answer, none. I insisted when I saw that they didn't respond over a week but they kept not answering. I even checked if it was a problem of my messages not being forwarded to them but no, my messages went through without issue so they chose not to answer my messages. I'm sincerely very disappointed.
